I spent a lot of time measuring and researching dimensions to make sure the screens lined up close to how I wanted them to. The effective Resolution is 6000 x about 2000. Yes, there is a slight difference in DPI between the monitors, which I don't even notice.
As far as PC specs go, the build is from 6-7 years ago and I'm surprised that my 7 year old GTX660 can even handle the monitors. Like I said, I don't play PC games.
This setup is much less expensive than a lot on here. I bought the speakers, the chair and the desk used.

I believe that for those that block only a negligible amount at around 400nm, there are hardly any effect felt, but for those that block fully below 500nm, it can have some effect depending on the individual, but needs some getting used to. They certainly do help to reduce the glare at night from screens. I have a major discount code for the item https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SFLWXGM for those who are interested, please dm me

100% definitely get some blue light blocking glasses. It doesn’t matter if you get lasik or not. I bought a pair for 20 dollars years before I had lasik and they helped my eyes feel so much better at the end of the day. I actually still use the same pair, it’s been about a year since I’ve had lasik. I’d recommend just buying them on Amazon and not an eye center because they are much cheaper.

Hope that helps!
For reference, here is the pair I bought:

Get some blue light filtering glasses. I got the cheapest ones I could find on Amazon and they have been a game changer already. Here are the ones I got, if that's helpful. https://www.amazon.com/Bluelight-Blocking-Computer-Headache-Transparent/dp/B07T46YKB2

u/BoredCharizard · 1 pointr/projectors

I don't have any personal experience with them, but I heard that Gunnar glasses can be helpful for eye strain.

u/SirMaster · 1 pointr/projectors

What do you mean you don't see most colors?

I use blue light filtering glasses like these:
https://www.amazon.com/ANRRI-Blocking-Eyestrain-Computer-Protection/dp/B07KTMZ6Y2

And colors look fine in games or movies etc.

u/hunter2377 · 1 pointr/Biohackers

Me and my wife bought Duco https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JFN27YA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_YDl2BbJV5R86B to try out before we would plunge for Swannies. Only $28 but we both like it

u/BongPackBobby · 2 pointsr/ReefTank

I am still looking for a good one for my camera, I actually took this using my cell phone and holding these glasses in front of it that does the same thing.

I want the same the same tint I get with these glasses

https://www.amazon.com/Beison-Anti-glare-Anti-fatigue-Electromagnetic-Protection/dp/B01LZQ5L62

I am aware there is no real evidence but I know what my experience with these tell me.

Do you have any suggestions for what I can do to figure out what to tell the optician in order to get something like this but with prescription?

u/ryios · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace

Just wear a pair of these: http://www.amazon.com/OX-Legacy-Blocking-Anti-Glare-Wayfarer/dp/B012TG4CXS/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1450131861&sr=8-8&keywords=blue+light+computer+glasses

And you'll sleep just fine, blocks 97% of artifical blue light, which is what messes up your circadian clock.

If you wear these glasses it works on everything, not just your computer with f.lux installed. Your TV, Phone, Bright Router Lights, etc etc.

u/ScarReincarnated · 1 pointr/Blind

I use glasses that are anti glare, prevents eye fatigue, migraine, eye exhaustion, and eye strain. Works like a charm. In addition they go on top of my prescribed glasses. Great for gaming, but I use it for everything screen related.

Have you been to the doctors? I mean your doctor probably is going to give you better medical advice.

If you think eye strain is causing the headach, one of my bosses used to wear something similar to these to reduce eye strain https://www.amazon.com/Wayfarer-Sunglasses-Computer-Shooting-Protection/dp/B01C6IMJRU also https://gunnar.com/

u/dandv · 1 pointr/LifeProTips

You can use fitovers like these or these

u/Expat123456 · 15 pointsr/AndroidQuestions

Get blue filter glasses for night use. You'll feel much more comfortable reading; without needing to hack things to dim as low as you can go.
