1.) Something that is grey. [Not on wishlist]
2.) Something reminiscent of rain. [Not on wishlist]
3.) Something food related that is unusual.
4.) Something on your list that is for someone other than yourself. Tell me who it's for and why. (Yes, pets count!)
This is for my classroom mostly. One of the projects the student's like to do is making board games. They like using various types of die, but when we made cardboard ones, they fall apart.
5.) A book I should read! I am an avid reader, so take your best shot and tell me why I need to read it!
I can't give too great a reference. This book is on my wishlist, as I've not read it, after all. It's supposed to be really funny though, with an interesting story. The downside is that getting the whole series is too expensive.
6.) An item that is less than a dollar, including shipping... that is not jewelry, nail polish, and or hair related! [Not on wishlist]
7.) Something related to cats. I love cats! (keep this SFW, you know who you are...)
These are pretty awesome.
8.) Something that is not useful, but so beautiful you must have it. [Not on wishlist]
I've wanted one of these for ages, but they're not useful enough to justify.
9.) A movie everyone should watch at least once in their life. Why? [Not on wishlist - I own it]
It's incredibly funny and almost everyone has seen the film it's based on. A lot of people have never even seen a parody movie, so it's a new genre to a lot of people and thus a new experience.
10.) Something that would be useful when the zombies attack. Explain.
A bit of a different item than normal. When the zombies attack, we're going to need to be well rested. Baseball bats and the like are common enough, but a good pillow is hard to find.
11.) Something that would have a profound impact on your life and help you to achieve your current goals. [Not on wishlist, as Amazon.co.uk item]
A book about learning to become a Primary School teacher. After my current teaching job, I want to go back and train as one in my home country.
12.) One of those pesky Add-On items. [Not on wishlist - the base game is on wishlist].
13.) The most expensive thing on your list. Your dream item. Why?
Playstation 4. It's not on my wishlist as I think anyone would ever buy it, but more to remind myself that it's region-free and only $400 in the US if I can get enough giftcards someday. In my home country it's about $550. The why is mostly Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV - both series which I've gained a lot of enjoyment from. There's also that some of my favorite series such as Disgaea are Playstation-exclusive.
14.) Something bigger than a bread box.
15.) Something smaller than a golf ball.
16.) Something that smells wonderful.
17.) A (SFW) toy.
18.) Something that would be helpful for going back to school.
(For reading digital textbooks on)
19.) Something related to your current obsession, whatever that may be.
Disgaea D2. My current obsession has been trying to convert my old Disgaea 3 save, which has 120 hours and my Disgaea 4 save which has 95 hours, so that I can use it on another PS3.
20.) Something that is just so amazing and awe-inspiring that I simply must see it. Explain why it is so grand. [Not on wishlist.. but it should be]
The toilet throne. It's amazing that someone has thought of it, if nothing else. Now you can feel like a Queen or King, while going to the restroom.

That is so sweet of you to step up and make some special memories!
My wife has been making this breakfast casserole for our Christmases over the past few years. It's easy and tasty and is a nice, hearty way to start the day. Sides could be fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls (I like the orange rolls), or (my favorite) oven baked biscuits or crescent rolls. Fellowship over food is one of my family's favorite traditions and I think it is an integral component of a family holiday.
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/9247/christmas-breakfast-sausage-casserole/
Here are some links to some stocking stuffer ideas. I'm bookmarking these, myself, because I need to step up the stocking game for my wife. She fills mine and the kids' but never hers!
https://modernmrsdarcy.com/39-stocking-stuffers-that-will-actually-be-appreciated-dont-feel-like-a-waste-of-money-and-wont-be-brokendestroyedforgotten-by-new-years/
https://www.realsimple.com/holidays-entertaining/gifts/inexpensive-stocking-stuffers
Food, candy, and sweets in our stockings are also a thing. We get candy for the kids and then my wife and I get each other artisan cheeses (available for cheap at Aldi!) and fancy candy (i.e. Lindt chocolates). She also gets me a chocolate orange (https://www.amazon.com/Terrys-Chocolate-Orange-6-17-ounce-Packaging/dp/B001LN4IZS?th=1) which rarely ever makes it to noon on Christmas Day. I treat it as my dessert after the breakfast casserole! :-P
Target dollar bins are a GREAT place to look for affordable stocking stuffers and, honestly, some nice gifts too. They've recently begun putting out scarves and gloves and bigger items so don't forget to look there.
Another one of our traditions is to make sure we have some kind of music playing. We'll turn on the TV and play one of the satellite Christmas music channels while we eat breakfast and the kids open their gifts. If that isn't an option, Pandora, Spotify, or Apple Music all have Christmas channels ready to go. There's just something warm and fuzzy about being together with each other and having merry tunes playing in the background.
I hope this has been helpful and not just the random rants of a Christmas-loving madman! I think it's really awesome that you're wanting to make Christmas special for your family. Just having the urge in your heart to do that means you're already halfway there!
Sounds like she would like things I like so I will give you a couple links to places I like gifts from haha.
Squishables
Sailor Moon on Etsy
Anime/video game Shirts and such on LookHuman
[Some Popin Cookin!](Popin' Cookin' Happy Sushi House https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004N8LMFM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Uz8CybM50WDQS)
Jewelry inspired by something she likes
Good luck! I think a lot of girls appreciate the thought of something off a site like Etsy because the items are so unique. Type in one of her interests and something she wants/needs, like "Sailor Moon Blanket" and chances are you will find some super special item just for her. It is also nice to buy your significant other experiences rather than a physical object. Depending on how much you are looking to spend and how far in advance you are willing to plan, why not reserve tickets to a nearby con? What about a cute day trip to a little town she might like where you can let her pick out an item or you can buy a nice dinner or unique experience (boat ride? Etc.)
Have fun gift picking and enjoy! :)
I had the sushi one and now want to try the hamburger one
/u/tinyblondehuman you are wonderful to talk to, and are so awesome for dealing with the fact that I never shut up. You are my favorite avocado and are simply wonderful!
/u/ButturedToast you are sweet, hilarious, and are simply a wonderful person to spend time with and play games with. I miss kicking ass in BGO with you and love you lots!
/u/bubblybreath you are a wonderful person and one of the strongest people I know. You are a complete duck loving sweetheart and I wish we talked more because our conversations always leave me with a wonderful grin and I always love sharing seductive animals with you.
I could not pick one person so I picked three :P
All of me, loves all of you
Yikes, I'd say totally ignore what was written. Yeah she's trying to lose weight, but if she's already really overweight holiday treats won't make much of a difference. Don't get sugarfree candy or something like that, it will just make it more awkward.
One thing I'm getting for a 'food' gift exchange one side of the family is doing is a gift basket with this in it. Read the reviews for more info but basically you let this tablet dissolve on your tongue and then for the next half hour/hour or so it changes your tastebuds a bit. Lemons apparently taste like sweet lemonade, grapefruits taste super sweet. What I plan on doing is wrapping these up (you can also buy in a pack of 1 for like $13) along with grapefruit, lemons, limes, maybe some other fruits too. It seemed from the reviews that sour fruits were what it worked best with. So maybe try that, it kind of covers both your bases, getting her a sweet treat that also isn't unhealthy!
Did you know the active ingredient in Adderall can also be found in sugar-free gummy bears? You will need a large quantity, but it can be done. Hear me out...

Step 1: buy a 5lb bag of sugar-free gummy bears from Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/Albanese-Candy-Assorted-Sugar-Free-Flavor/dp/B00DE4GWWY/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=sugar+free+gummy+bears&qid=1558646508&s=gateway&sr=8-3

Step 2: split the bag into 4oz portions, about 40 gummy bears each. That's 20 portions.

Step 3: place each portion in a zip-loc bag and carry it with you.

Step 4: every hour, on the hour, open one of the ziplocs and swallow the gummy bears whole. DO NOT CHEW!!! Water will help you, but carbonated water like LaCroix will speed up the reaction. Get yourself a few cans of LaCroix. flavor doesn't matter.

Step 5: you will burp! you need to stay active. walk around in circles, jump a few times to let it out. whatever you can do will help.

As long as there is always a good amount of gummy bears in your system, you will stay alert and focused. I've done this for many years in college and it has helped me a lot.

Best of luck to you, my friend!
MAY I INTEREST YOU IN A 5LBS GUMMY BEAR? I've always thought it was ridiculous but also wanted to try eating it, just to see what it'll be like haha.
I'll share with you one of my favorite breakfast items: dark chocolate oatmeal! I find that most "chocolate flavored" things are too sweet, or too rich/creamy, so I make my own.
So cook your oatmeal like you would normally, and stir in the ingredients. The trick to making it really amazingly dark chocolate is SALT. I'm telling you, dark chocolate things taste good because it has enough salt in it. The honey is just to make the dish less flat tasting, and the peanut butter gives it creaminess/body/protein but doesn't actually contribute that much flavor. The key is cocoa powder and salt. As long as you don't put too much sugar, it should be a pretty healthy start to your morning =)
I love coffee so much. Where I used to live, I liked this local coffee house (The Mudhouse, Springfield, MO) that served lukewarm americanos for me, which is a double espresso shot in water. puts hair on your chest if you leave it black like i do!(not saying i have a hairy chest, just being dramatic). They'd sell chocolate covered espresso beans that sustained me during my associates degree/long nights out at rock shows. Tasted like M&Ms, but with coffee grounds instead of chocolate on the inside (wait, what?).
Best coffee I've ever had was Turkish coffee at a Mediterranean cafe here in STL. Came in a tiny metal stovetop pot with a long handle at the top, with shot-glass sized cups on the side. It was thick, and earthy, and matte (hit the tongue and stayed), as it's a thick coffee, so you drink a bit of the finely broken-up grounds. Amazing rush, almost a detoxifying effect.
now I brew dunkin donuts hazelnut in my 12-cup pot at home. I need to get a french press. I have an aeropress, too, just never used it. I will now, though. Coffee shops are lovely, but I love brewing my own pot, for the aromatherapeutic effect in the early AM hours.
i'm a purist, as well. always black. always :)
My needs list: This schmansy thing for my knee which has been killing me since I started waitressing. I think it would help. I'm not really sure honestly haha.
My nail polish list: It's an unhealthy obsession. BUT LOOK AT HOW PRETTY IT IS!!!!!

Thanks for the contest! Tell your friend Happy Birthday!! from me! :)
I've sadly never been to any Disney theme parks. Cost has always prohibited.
I'm spending the first few days of the break driving up to FSU with a bunch of friends as a surprise for one of our friends that recently graduated. The rest of the break'll be spent at home, enjoying one of these babies.
Honestly Kim, if your family's away during this time of year and you want to get into Christmas, I suggest simply celebrating it with any of your friends; I'm sure they'd happily celebrate it with you!
College will do that to you! The first time I tried it, I attended 1/2 of every year and spent the other 1/2 working to save money to go back to classes.
Funny story about college:
I shared a two bedroom apartment with 3 roommates, plus me. One summer, we had another girl all to move in for a month. So, we added a third twin bed in the master bedroom. five of us in apartment built for four was pretty good, until the nightly sleepovers began and we regularly had 9 people in our little place. Anyway, five of us really liked to burn things. We always had a fire going or some candles or random incense.
One night, I told my roommates about a Mexican place I had gone to for dinner and they burned a fresh tortilla chip as the candle in a dessert. It smelled heavenly. So, we decided to try burning random stuff to see how it smells. All was well until a guest tried burning a strand of her hair... the apartment smelled for days 😝
Bonus story: the same summer three of my roommates and I went to the beach. We had a brilliant idea to swim out to the mile buoy. The swim was fun, the water was gorgeous out there, and it was so peaceful. The swim back to shore was the most terrifying two hours of my life. I didn't think we would ever make it back.
I really wanna try the hippos! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000M2PSDU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_GiOnDb9NAMHDM

Lucas is probably the biggest Mexican candy brand, and most of what they make is good. From these items you can view recommendations for more ideas to find something you like. There are a few variety packs as well, maybe you can try one of those to see what you like before you order a 40 pack of them. Good luck!
Okay. I will do this later tonight or tomorrow. Looks like fun!

My random user is /u/sweetbeauty
I had TONS of things in common with my match. She likes lisa frank and I like lisa frank. She likes adorable necklaces and so do it! She likes kinder hippos and I love those damn things!! They are on one of my wishlists. She wants this and I bought that exact same set on 01/30 of this year. She likes Rachael Ray and that is my favorite cookware set. I have her plates in green! She likes colorful knives, guess who bought that set back in March? She has contacts and I have contacts! I just added that to my wish list too. She likes makeup and I love makeup. Those brushes are amazing, btw. She also had quite a few makeup items that I liked, but I wasn't about to link all those. Ditto with books!! My random person is pretty awesome.
Also, welcome!!
RAOAs before foes
DON'T KILL ME GINGER but /U/PUREBREDGINGER, I love your ginger head. I think it suits you. But I totally understand the need for change. I would say that a dark color would look great on you with your pale skin. Maybe a chocolate brown. Yeah! Do that!
I love candy!
I'm not sure how well received this will be, but I figured if you guys love the show as much as I do maybe it'd interest you. This blue rock candy on amazon looks pretty much just like the stuff they use on the show. And it's also really good. Here's the link to it on amazon
Haha thank you! :3

While saving it for something you really want/need is probably for the best, I'm going to link you to this thread here: best boardgames on Amazon for under $15.
Something else that is pretty cool: Miracle Berries. It turns sour/bitter tastes into sweet! A lemon will taste like sugar, sour strawberries will taste like heaven, and so on.
Cheers!
If he likes food (and most guys do) and trying new things get some miracle berry chews. They make bitter foods taste sweet. They seem pretty cool and like they would be fun to try. I think they make a very unique gift. I just bought some for my friends Christmas gift this year.
http://www.amazon.com/Miracle-Frooties-Fruit-Tablets/dp/B004SOMH3M/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1418504509&sr=8-2&keywords=miracle+berry
Also, they're only 13 dollars for a 10-count. I purchased a different brand for the same price, but for some reason the ones I bought are now $29.00. This brand has just as good reviews though. Hope this helped.
Two ain't so bad!
12.27 in my general wishlist, linked to the right one...pretty sure.
1.00 in under $5, it's cheaper than the default, but not the default, but I'm sure I linked it right.
Three's a crowd!
5.49 in food
6.89 in default wishlist, not cheapest but I think I linked the exact one.
.99 Whisper to a dream MP3, in mp3 wishlist
Hopefully, no crazy price swings! And thanks for all the gifting, this socking,y took less time than damnyoureloud's contest!
I may edit if I can find that one perfect gift?
I may or may not be a bit drunk and hungry, but I'd LOVE these m&m's right now. I'm pretty sure they discontinued them, and I must have them in my BELLY.
And my name is something my old internship boss used to call me. My name is Zamantha, so he always called me Samantha with a Z. But that's too long of a username, so I just went with my nickname, Zamie. :D
Thanks for the contest!~
Some super cool Popin' Cookin' Candy!
I think that is's pretty cool kinda thing. :)
Have fun gifting! :)
Tomorrow is Friday, and then I can rest over the weekend! That is VERY GOOD NEWS. Also, I'm seeing an old college friend tomorrow after work, which is going to be fun!
This Japanese candy would make me happy! :)
> PTC strips - I also do the super taster test but with blue dye to count taste buds. How do the PTC strips differ from this?
I haven't seen the blue die thing. This is just fast an visceral. The stupertasters will know immediately and taste the super bitter, while the non tasters will sit there wondering what is going on. I generally do this with the starburst thing to give them a better taste at the end of class.
> What do you do with the juice for CC?
Go buy a jug of hawaiian punch, lemonade, or similarly sugary juice and a box of bathroom dixie cups. Give each student a half full cup. Read the Into & Education and Early Life sections on Pavlov (replacing some of the pronouns with his name). Every time you say "Pavlov" they have to dip their finger into the cup then put it in their mouth. When you get to the last paragraph, tell them to stop and just listen. Most will still salivate when you say Pavlov. Then keep talking say the name a few times and talk about habituation, say similar names to talk about generalization and discrimination. Talk about the future and extinction and spontaneous recovery.
> What is the clapping activity?
This is a shaping activity. Send one student out of the room. The class picks something they want the student to do. Write their name on the board, do a pushup, whatever. Tell the class to clap as they get closer to the goal, but to raise their standards as they go. Tell the outside student that they have to be doing something, but no other instruction. The class will shape the students behavior to the task.
> Where do you get the miracle fruit?
Amazon.

Thank you for the contest
My latest obsession!
Christmas in April!
Haha congrats on finally getting mail! That sounds like a lot of fun. Hooray opening mail!
Is it safe to assume that your brother is in the military deployed in Okinawa? If so, american candy is readily available on the stores in the base so if you'd like to save room you could possibly leave a little out.
I would recommend sending some ethnic snacks and trinkets which he probably won't see much of in Japan such as Pulparindo or Chili covered lollipops . If he favors more of a standard fair, you could possibly get him some Salt Water Taffy.
If your brother is a beer person you could also maybe get him some souvenir glasses / coasters / or growlers from a local brewery.
Respectfully,
Juunbugs
I didn't get the right net, so plastic wrap had to do. For those who might wonder. Caught this in the Amazon, (I have no relationship, but just like the product and thought it was fitting).
Yes, its overpriced, yes its excessive amount of calories, and yes, its just for me (though the last one I had took two weeks to eat). I am ready for league...
edit: typo.
If anyone is curious you can buy a similar type of candy at Amazon. Popin' Cookin' has many adorable types. I've placed an order for the Sushi kit myself. They also have pizza, ramen and a few other types.
Googling this, I think that the type in the video is the non-edible play food, still super neat though. Hope that helps.
Edit: I rewatched the video and looked at the box again. This is also candy. My bad.
Kinder Hippos! Glorious, delicious, German hippos. I found them once at the store then never again. :'(
edit: thank goodness for amazon! :D
Crunchie! Because I'm awesome, and I deserve candy. Also, I have never had these before, and I would love to try them! :)
Thanks for the contest!
Happiness is a warm gun A cute Charmander gif If you wanna talk I am up for it :] I hope you get better soon For me
This and this both look and sound delicious. I would be happy with either one <3
Thanks for the contest :)
pour some sugar on meh.
[These] (http://www.amazon.com/Crunchie-Milk-Chocolate-Honeycomb-Center/dp/B0007U5J40/ref=wl_it_dp_o_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=1PRII2BIRNFS3&coliid=I1CY46884RM2YJ) things are so good. They are sweet and crunchy. They also crumble a bit. My mouth watering right now. When I was growing up we called this type of candy seafoam. There was a local farmers market that my grandma would always buy some at. So they pack a nostalgic punch as well. I love these too because Cadbury chocolate is ma favorite!!!
See's Candies! I've seen some stores in Hong Kong and Japan carry them, but never in Korea. My host family in Korea and Singapore loved the peppermint ones.
Being from Texas, you might get some Tex-Mex goodies as well. I'm a Texas girl myself, and I brought these https://www.amazon.com/Vero-Covered-Flavored-Lollipops-Pieces/dp/B0000ICLLS chili-mango lollipops. Kind of weird, but they were definitely a hit!
I'd say like is a strong word...let's just say that if they were the last ones in the box, I wouldn't throw them away. I really do like orange and chocolate together. This might be one of the best candies ever!
Harbro SF Gummy bears.
Trust me... its says 6 is a serving.. go for like 7 or 8 :) They clear out stuff REALLY fast...check out the reviews here lol My husband didnt beleive me when is aid ONLY TAKE 6!!! He downed a large handful, and the rest is history. At the end he lost about 4 lbs by the time he finished!

munchies AND muchies just in case :) Nice to see I'm not the only one awake!
I have this and this on my Under $6 wishlist--pick whatever you like the most if I win :D
I see those little kits all over and I've always wanted to try some! they're so stinking cute!
I think my favorite candy might be twixx but I'd be hesitant about trying to make it at home because I don't think it would taste the same.
I added this and this to my under five dollar list on amazon, they both have free shipping, they're so stinking CUTE!
Edit: just found this one too oh my goodness! x.x ~<3
Payday is fun. I miss them.
I would like to make some candy burgers. These sound super fun!
I have these Crispy M&Ms on my list! I want them because they're discontinued in the US and have been for YEARS, but I still have lovely memories of eating them with my grandmother when they first launched here. They're a very nostalgic food for me!
I plan on taking the bag and filling up my TARDIS cookie jar with M&Ms. :)
Every time I see a comment like yours, I have to go back and read the Haribo sugar free dummies product reviews page.

I love num nums more than I should. :))
I would love to try these bars.
Thanks for having a contest!
My goal right now, to get promoted at work, be a better manager than the one I would be replacing, and find some one better than myself to take over my department. Right now, as far as that goal goes, I've had the interview for the job, and I find out next week if I got it or not. Finding someone to replace me, it's hard, not cause I'm irreplaceable or anything(even though I like to think of myself as such), but there are not many people wanting to work these days. Or of they do, it's to support their drug habit and they can't pass a drug test. Ugh, it's frustrating.
My number is 123
And I've wanted to try [these](
http://amzn.com/B000M2PSDU) for awhile now.
Thanks so much for the contest! I'm sending you a virtual smile=) also, you're amazing!
Would love these
I have been stuck in bed, sick like a dog. This candy will most definitely fortify my taste buds with the rich chocolaty goodness, that it so greatly needs.
I got mine on Amazon. Most of the kits are great, that one just happened to be yucky. It was still really fun to make though. The sushi kit was yummy, and the hamburger shop one was interesting since it was actually food flavored instead of candy flavored.
Kinder Happy Hippos are my favorite chocolate bar. Don't let them fool you into saving them with their cuteness--they taste delicious.
I'm sure she'd love a gift, I recommend this.
You can buy them on Amazon for about 4 bucks. Shipping is free but most are sent from Japan so expect it to take at least 2-3 weeks. I recommend it though! They're fun!
Edit: English instructions
For me, it makes biting hard things painful for a day or so afterward, but it tastes delicious. That's the meat only, though, not the peel. One thing to note is that lemons/limes contain crazy high amounts of sugar, but it's usually overpowered by the bitter. For people who can't taste sour as well/like sour, it's probably a more reasonable proposition.
If you're not a big fan of sour, though, try this out, it'll blow your mind. It blocks your sour receptors similar to how you stop tasting sweet after you eat too many sweet things, so you can eat crazy sour stuff and enjoy the other flavors in it. Lemons taste amazing with that stuff, the only thing I can compare it to is the little puddle of molten sugar left over from when you don't mix your sugar well enough into your coffee. I'd recommend giving it a go to anyone.
\ I have annoyingly sensitive teeth, however, and use sensodyne daily/appear to require an average of 2 more doses of novacaine than normal to not feel my mouth anymore.
Yup! The mall nearby has a kiosk that sells them, so we grabbed it from there.
The instructions aren't that bad, but we did have a YouTube video ready to go if we were confused about anything.
All in all it was pretty fun
I love Chocolate Covered things, these are the best! CANDY!!!!!!!!!!!
Miracle fruit? It's a fun experimental present. When you eat (dissolve on tongue) a miracle fruit tablet all sour food turns to sweet. Gives you a new experience in eating a lot of stuff and is also a bit sciency.
My kingdom for a Crunchie bar! These are the BEST.
Also, I was totally going to suggest to you to eat toast with peanut butter and banana, drizzled with honey. That's the best. <3
Gummy Bears reviews here. In fact it was whilst I was reading these reviews about three years ago that I first met one of my good friends. She had just come to the UK and could hardly speak English. She was sitting across from me in a cafe and I was reading these reviews, laughing so hard I was crying. She asked if I was ok and we have been friends ever since!
Chewy caramel, stretched like a pretzel over a long bar, covered in chocolate. Curly Whurly It's chewy, it's fun, it has holes in between to aerate your mouth. It's delicious.
Pour Some Sugar on MEH, and don't do the third thing.
Thanks for contest.
These and these are really nomtastic !

Genius. Next time you don't have the time or patience to assemble, find some of these bastards.
I found some at a local little Russian grocery here in my town but I'm sure they're available in places like Cost Plus and the like.
Truly an excellent example of modern rhetoric and prose. The writers of tomorrow aren't training in colleges and writing schools- no, they're busy writing Amazon reviews about sugar free gummy bears.

I discovered this years ago. There was a Baskin-Robbins on campus, and I would order a scoop of chocolate with a scoop of orange sherbet. Still love it to this day.
They make these, if you're interested.
Here's a Japanese candy making kit! my son watches people use them on YouTube and this would be a super fun craft to do with him!
Num nums!
If their household is candy-friendly, we’ve had great responses to giving kids this age giant gummies like this one and this one.

I really want to try these!
RAoA has made me happen when people here talk to me on the daily/nightly threads and the discussion threads and stuff and actually continue to conversation! It makes me feel like I actually have something to contribute!
Candy also makes me happy. Which is probably why I was eating the oreos I got early, and am trying to not eat the rest of the cake I made yesterday. ><
Because I'm Happy!
I've been reading through this sub for the past few days (keto noob here) and can't believe no one's mentioned miracle berry. You can eat spoonfuls of unsweetened (naturally or artificially) cream cheese that taste like cheesecake and drink straight lemon juice that tastes like lemonade.
Way before I ever heard of keto I bought some of the tablets on Amazon to see if it was bunk. It wasn't. They're made from a berry that, when chewed, block the sour receptors on the tongue which enhances the sweetness that we would otherwise miss. It has no affect on insulin (unless there is a mental aspect to insulin production) and no sugar or other sweeteners. It lasts about an hour and we had a lot of fun playing around with it trying different foods.
I'd be interested to try it with a 90% dark chocolate and see how it tastes. Or even adding the smallest bit of honey to tea. Or strawberries and cream. I imagine it could "stretch" the natural or added sugars so you could enjoy a "real" dessert. However, I started this diet due to such an extreme sugar addiction that it was causing major withdrawals and anxiety every day. I'll hold off for now but will keep it in mind for the future.
Anyway, here's the kind I bought.
Sodium Chlorate by the KG
Giant Gummy Bear
Good luck, God speed.
I noticed you wanted some Japanese gummies! Have you tried Lychee? It's my favorite flavor! :3
I'd like this so I can spend hours in the mirror cursing at them for not sticking on right.
Doodlebug!
You would appreciate "Haribo Sugar-Free Gummi Bears."
They're the best tasting colon cleanse money can buy.
They still exist, and are available for purchase, just without the Haribo brand name on the package. Same product.
this is the first one ive tried. Ive seen another one where you make your own burgers and fries. found it but yeah it seems to be something thats really popular in japan
Happy birthday!!
Cadbury Curly Wurly Bars!
It's my birthday bitches! Thanks for the contest. :)
Marzipan Candy
A chocolate covered version
Mango pops in chili powder
Watermelon pops in chili powder
Not sure what these are called, but they are chewy and delicious
I want to try these gummies om nom nom. I should've picked them up in Epcot. :)
Feel better!!
I got these, shipped to Finland okay. It's a fun thing to do but not really great culinary adventure. Like, I wouldn't get them for a fancy dinner.
Love getting these tablets and then eating lemonds / limes. Makes them taste like candy
That one is original, but does everyone realize that you can buy Japanese kits that let you do this kind of thing yourself? These are toy kits that make edible candy that looks like teeny-tiny versions of various foods:
Bring something that you won't mind being taken away and don't rely on anything being close to warm by the time you have a chance of eating it.
I brought Brookside Dark Chocolate Covered Berries, Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans and a bunch of Krave Sweet Chipotle Jerky.
A bunch of small quick snacks is the way to go since you may not have all the time in the world to eat them.
Edit: Links to food on Amazon: Berries, Espresso and Jerky
After shipping on the wig a a fun candy kit would round out her prize.
Pour Some Sugar On MEH!
Crunchie Milk Chocolate with Honeycomb Center! I have never had these before but they sound amazing! :3
I vote that at every RepRap festival there should be a Prusa build-off competition where they replace the Haribo Gold Bears with the Albanese Sugar Free kind instead. Anyone who manages to finish building the printer gets to keep it.https://www.amazon.com/Albanese-Candy-Sugar-Assorted-5-pound/dp/B00DE4GWWY/
I got a sample pack (3 30ml) of Lychee, Monster and Hawaiian Punch.
Monster: Taste just like the energy drink, love it.
Lychee: Taste exactly like those gummy candies. Was very harsh when I first got it, week later has lessened.
Fruit Punch: I tried it a few time on a dripper here and there, it taste funky to me. Don't know how to describe it, but I'm giving it another go later to see if I will keep it or not.
Happy Birthday!

Thanks for the contest!
In memory of my grandfather Bill Higgins. I visited hime every year in California and we would take long walks down the beach, which I took for granted. Now that he is gone, I realize how special our time together was. I wish I could just take 1 more walk. These candy bars
Turns everything sour into sweet. You can eat lemons straight and it tastes like lemonade http://www.amazon.com/Miracle-Fruit-World-350mg-Tablet/dp/B004SOMH3M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1345426646&sr=8-1&keywords=magic+berries

Fair warning, these aren't the Crispy M&Ms from your childhood, they're the European ones, so the chocolate has a Nutella-y flavor to them, but they're still fucking delicious. I ate the whole bag before I went to work.
Yeah, Mr. White! Yeah, Science!
If you'd like, especially since it's october, I suggest recreating my ooky-spooky contest from last august. Contest creation rules may have changed since then though.
Toilet humour (literally) but read the reviews and enjoy.
I want to make candy sushi! Can you make that happen? lol, thank you for holding this contest :)
Maybe with some candy to fill in the price.

Cassie May conked out. She has never fallen asleep like that ever again. She was embarrassed after the fact I think because she is too prim and proper to sleep in such a manner! She is spoiled, I love her.
