These aren't vegan, but I enjoy Morningstar Farms Hot and Spicy sausage patties. Their corn dogs and Grillers Prime burgers are really good too. Low cal/fat and high in protein!

Lots of Amy's are vegan. You should be able to buy MFarms and Amys at your grocery store. Amys makes all kinds of pastas and rice bowls that are great.

From Amazon I get this coconut milk. I find it's creamiest and foams up great for lattes. I haven't found any unsweetened milks (almond, soy, coconut, etc) that I like.

I recently read this book called Anti-Cancer that changed my life. Author said that 70% chocolate is about the only sweet thing that's good for you. I get whole grain bread from local bakery. I break some 70% chocolate bar on a piece and toast it in toaster oven until chocolate melts. Sounds weird but it's so yummy!!

One more thing! I eat this all the time. People say tofu is gross but...it's just soybeans! (Not as gross as dead flesh IMHO.) Chop up some extra firm tofu and toss with carrot shreds, avocado chunks, orange slices, and peanut sauce. It's sooooo good and healthy and easy!

I can't imagine there's MUCH difference in brands of coconut water.

Otter Pops are $17 for a box of 100 on Amazon. That's a pretty nice profit margin at $1.00 per. Find someplace locally that sells the big boxes.

I could be a better, and healthier person. My wife is in the hospital so I called out of work and I'm laying in bed eating brownies and browsing Reddit. I COULD have gone to work. I COULD be out running errands or visiting family or friends. But, i'm an anxious shut in and would rather lay in bed eating brownies and browsing Reddit. It's not just that I am depressed that my boo is not here. I'm just lazy and hate my job. The anxiety is what really gets me though. Boo hoo!

Coconut water has more electrolyes than Gatorade and tastes awesome.

I know a lot of people that love C2o.

Look for brands from Thailand as it will be slightly sweeter. I guess if it's handled wrong it can ferment fairly easily which is probably the reason some brands taste so awful.

There's this fucking delicious coconut water brand called C2O. I could use a nice refreshing can of dicarbon monoxide right about now.

If it's warm, you're doing it wrong. Also, I like THIS coconut water. I also like the one in the tall can with unusually thick walls with the coconut pulp, though I can't remember the brand at the moment.

I concentrate more on hydration than food. Water stopped working for me as I got into longer rides, so I just fill up by bottle with Zico coconut watter, and I sometimes bring between 1-4 extra bottles depending on how far I'm going. I was able to lock in a price of $21.50 for a pack of 12 (subscribe & save), and even though I still find it a bit expensive, it's definitely worth it.

In this heat though, even when running errands I knock out about three of these bottles.

I picked up 2 cans of this espresso coconut water on an impulse on the way up, next year I'm definitely bringing a few boxes. Ice cold, probably the single most refreshing thing I had on the playa.

Many have tapioca or rice maltodextrin, but not this one.

have you tried coconut water/coconut juice? it's nature's gatorade with electrolytes and helps combat dehydration. i drink it now, but i am not breastfeeding yet. 10 more weeks until i meet my little mister.
