Hey what's up. So I'd like to contribute a bit. I don't necessarily eat healthy but I eat Gluten Free. I have a 4 year old with Celiacs Disease. I do not have this condition. Anyway... I have had to come up with snacks for my kid to eat because i LOVE snacks. I snack all day long and I never eat things in front of my kid that he can't have. He knows he has this condition and already feels left out at school and birthday parties so I avoid that at home. Here are my suggestions

  • Crackers, cheese, ham

This one is simple and very easy to travel with. The ham can get wet or moist so it's best to have baby wipes or a way to wash your hands off with after wards.

  • Yogurt, granola, whipped cream

I would advice against omitting the whipped cream. As long as you aren't eating the whole can, there is nothing wrong with experiencing the satisfaction of this delicious treat. Limit yourself to 1 a day and no more than 5 a week.

  • Chewy granola bars, breakfast bars, now with coffee!

I linked my favorite granola type. it's called breakfast on the go and it's a little pouch of granola and nuts and other things. This one I linked has chocolate covered coffee beans in it. SO DELICIOUS! This is apart of my breakfast routine. I eat this, a chewy streusel of some sort, coffee, a tall glass of water, and some fruit.

  • Fruit jars

At walkmart there are this little fruit jars that I love to eat and they're only a dollar and are much better quality than fruit cups or other cheap alternatives. I then use the glasses to root plants, and then I usually end up putting soil in them to give those plants away as gifts. They're really great.

  • Applesauce

WHAT?? THATS NOT A SNACK!!!!! I get the unsweetened kind so that i can feel good about myself.. and then i load that shit up with cinnamon and sugar. That's right.... i literally watch myself pour in teaspoon after teaspoon of sugar and think "Goddamn... well at last I know what I'm eating and no ones tricking me" haha smh. I'm a mess.

  • graze.com has amazing snack packs that they will send to you.

I no longer do this. They are fantastic and I would definitely recommend but I eat so many snacks all the time that I really need to switch it up and just got tired of it for awhile. Come summertime I might start back up again. It's a great service with really really good snacks.

  • Beef jerky

Okay.. so there's a lot of salt. So what? Drink water with it and eat sparingly. The protein will keep you full longer than a bag of chips will.

  • Tortilla chips and salsa

There are so many different kinds of salsa you can pick the one you like. This is a very healthy snack. Salty though so make sure you drink water with this snack to help flush out all that salt. Personally I like to have medium spicy salsa and I throw in a table spoon of cream cheese and heat it up and eat it like this. I don't do it often enough to be considered "unhealthy".

  • Icecream

Icecream is healthy for you if you put fruit in or on it. I only eat strawberry icecream with real strawberries. Then i take froze strawberries and eat the shit out of that in the microwave. I then take a fork and mash those berries to tiny little pulpy pieces and throw it on my healthy snack. Amazing. Just like this.

  • Celery with peanut butter and M&M's

"But Emma! M&M's are candy!" So what? I didn't say ea the whole candy isle! All your doing is making this treat just a bit more palatable. I definitely recommend this. It's okay to have little bits and pieces of candy. everything here is within reason and all considered healthy as long as you're not eating a family sized bag by yourself in one sitting.

  • Rice cakes

These are disgusting. But some people really love them. They have all different kinds of flavors, they're gluten free and mostly sugar free. You can put peanut butter on it for that extra protein and full feeling, or you can put jelly on it for a little sweetness.

  • Help me i'm so hungry right now at work with no breakfast or lunch and it's raining so i dont want to risk it and drive away. AAH!

ROLL TIDE ROLL

  1. #1 Lemming

  2. I collect Magic Cards. Specifically I'm trying to get one of each every card that Rebecca Guay did the art for! My favorite card of all time (for the art not necessarily the actual card0 is Thornwind Faeries My mom has them tattooed on her shoulder and eventually I'm going to work them into a tattoo too!

  3. I love them all right now I have more Cremes than anything else, just because I'm getting started. I'm not fond of pink.

  4. I've been staring down a glass nail file for ages they don't have any in my local stores. I also need some sort of cuticle cream or oil...

  5. I crochet, play geeky table top role playing games, and read... I'm not sure how I have time for it all. More yarn is always welcome. More paint or the nifty grass stuff like this or new interesting minis would be cool... for reading, I use my kindle most often I read Fantasy mostly (good god I'm a huge fucking nerd). I haven't read the Wheel Of Time series yet which is apparently blasphemous.

  6. Unfortunately there aren't many snacky type foods I can have due to a very restrictive diet. Best bet are savory almonds like these Basically I can't have any sugar or grains... So snack food is pretty hard to deal with. unless you have a cheese shop nearby that sells hard cheeses... OMG I miss the cheese shop so bad and they have glorious amazing parmesans and aged goudas and omnomnom.

  7. I have 4 cats, 2 dogs, and a husband. The husband will eat any treats that you put in the box that I can't have.

  8. Probably a glass file. I've been looking for one locally forever, I don't want to spend shipping on one... Or some fancy Emerald and Ash cuticle oils.

  9. A hand written note. Just a little hi or an explanation of why things were picked or something.

  10. I am allergic to pineapple. I love the color green. I tend to gravitate towards citrusy scents.

Sure. Quick look at your post history says you are in the United States, and for two people eating 3 meals a day or 180 total meals in a 30-day period:

  • Dry beans/peas/lentils/brown rice: can be found in bulk or online for $1 a pound. For $50 or so, you can have all of the grain/legume stables you need for several months. Similarly, a 10lb. (4500 gram) bag of russet potatoes can be had for $5 or less, and represents 50x half-cup servings. These are the foundations on which you meals.
  • Flour is always cheaper than what it gets made into. Notably tortillas, as they require very basic ingredients and can be mass-produced by meal-prep fans, and a cup of flour makes 5-6 tortillas. You can also get into baking your own bread, which is also cheap (and easy once you get a process together), but suffers IMO from not really being a once a day/month thing like tortillas can be.
  • Meat doesn't need to be expensive; it just needs to be rationed properly. A restaurant will give you 8-16oz in a steak, but a dietary serving is usually 4-6oz and half of that can flavor/texture a larger meal. Bone-in meats can be cheaper, but you have to be separating and measuring the edible portions if you want to be certain that it's the most cost-effective (I've worked in a meat department where bone-in wasn't saving you money, and I've seen others that I'd assume are similar. Larger cuts and roasts, whole chickens, and the like make no difference for the meal planner. Pork isn't healthy, but it's cheap. Cooking with ground chuck (hamburger) is particularly effective if you use it as a flavor instead of a main course. The added benefit to using meat as a flavor is that fat content is far less important - more fat means more flavor, which means you don't have to use as much.
  • Eggs are somewhat pretty cost-effective source of nutrition, used instead of meat or diary. An egg at each meal is 6 a day between the two of you - roughly $1.
  • Dairy is a dense food, in terms of calories and in cost. You can definitely include it, but you need to be very strict in how you measure it. 2lbs of cheese can be had in my region for around $6-8, which is 32x one-ounce servings. An ounce of cheddar can have over 100 calories, 9g of fat, and 7g of protein. You might want more, but you don't need more. A single serving in all 180 meals would run me around $36-$48 dollars a month, which is really not that bad when you consider the stables (the fundamentals that make the core of your foods) are much cheaper. Keep in mind that what really skyrockets cost is wanting to mix all of these expensive items together. Meat, cheese, and eggs in a breakfast burrito will break the bank if you aren't careful.
  • Nuts are in the same boat for the most part. Here is ten pounds of raw peanuts for $35. A one-ounce serving has 160 calories, 14g of fat, and 7g of protein, and that order there is good for 160 servings (enough for the two of you to have at all but a few of your meals each month). Other nuts are similarly expensive, which is why portioning and calorie/macro counting is important.
  • Fruits and veggies are getting expensive. You want variety for health (and sanity) reasons, but that can be difficult. To start, onions and carrots tend to be dirt cheap when bought in large quantities. Certain frozen or canned veggies, such as frozen cut bell peppers, are cheaper than they would be fresh. The prices of greens vary, but not all greens are created nutritionally equal. Spinach and broccoli are two of the most common super-greens; I'd suggest trying to incorporate some of those into your meals, at any price. Overall, I suggest in the planning process that you check out this website managed by the USDA to track prices on specific foods, or do some local shopping. It's important to remember that food gets more expensive out of season, if it's available at all, so nothing will be the perfect magic bullet year-round.
  • Non-water drinks are expensive. Alcohol is expensive. Coffee and soda are expensive. If you don't want to give up these vices, then I suggest approaching them from a bulk standpoint. It appears to make no sense to buy a soda machine, CO2, and soda syrups, but if you each normally drink two a day then that adds up to 4x365= 1460 sodas per year. Ditto coffee. Shop bulk options, or quit if you can manage it.

Last piece of advice: the most cost-effective food is the food you manage to grow or make yourself. A 24" garden pot can grow daily baby greens salads, organically, using a spring, spinach, and/or spicy mix to give the nutritional value of a dozen or more different kinds of greens. Cherry tomatoes grow like weeds, and 10 square feet of them can yield pounds of them daily when it's warm enough to do so. A closet-sized greenhouse can grow enough nutritional value year-round to keep you from being overwhelmingly deficient in anything. One chicken will lay more eggs than the average person is used to eating. Baking bread, or tortillas, being able to walk through a farmer's market or a grocery store holiday sale and recognize the real deals that can give you variety while being cheaper than your usuals - these are how you really cut costs.

The reason they found it expensive is because they looked for easy replacements for their Standard American Diet Foods.
If you get a box of corndogs for $6 every month, then find it's the same price for half as many vegan corn dogs, you're gonna have a hard time. If you want junk food, think onion rings or tater tots instead, which are $2-3 for a huge bag.
If you are used to getting a Krispy Creme dozen for $10, finding a single vegan donut costing $3.50 is going to shock you. Instead, buy a box of Oreos for $3.

A lot of vegans will just be like "expensive? lolol rice and beans." But no one (or most people) don't want to eat bland sadness every day. As a new vegan, you just don't understand the "accidentally" vegan foods. You don't know the cheap vegan. You just know that Daiya Cheese costs more than regular cheese- I totally get that.

Some (kinda expensive but lasts a LONG time) vegan staples:
https://www.amazon.com/Dixie-Diners-Club-Beef-Ground/dp/B00T3LW20I/ref=sr_1_8_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1535965270&sr=1-8&keywords=dixie+diner (rehydrates to 3.4lbs of ground 'beef' for $10. Add to pasta sauce, or a packet of taco seasoning and use in taco/burrito/etc.)
https://www.amazon.com/Anthonys-Premium-Nutritional-Flakes-Verified/dp/B06Y1JPZ4F/ref=sr_1_5_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1535964474&sr=8-5&keywords=vegan+nutritional+yeast (Used in TONS of vegan recipes to make cheesy sauce, eggs, sour cream, cream cheese, etc., or to add a cheesy-nutty nuance to many dishes. Top popcorn or pasta with it. $13 for MONTHS worth of servings.)
https://www.amazon.com/Planters-Fancy-Whole-Cashews-Salted/dp/B00ADX5WZ2/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1535964626&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=cashews&psc=1 (you'll find the bulk of vegan pasta sauces, dips, sour cream, cream cheese, lasagna, and tons of other shit require soaked cashews. $16 is again, months worth.)
https://www.amazon.com/DEEP-Black-Salt-3-5-oz/dp/B003WLZXBU/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_lp_img_3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=YPJCRC11RX5ZJBTKHCEP&dpID=51EigfPKPIL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=detail Kala Namak/black salt. It adds a sulfur-eggy flavor to anything (i.e., tofu egg scrambles, ramen.) It's a giant bag of salt for $4. Almost as cheap as regular salt.

Easy cheap vegan meals:
Biscuits and gravy (Bisquick is vegan.)
Pancakes (Again, Bisquick. Also maple syrup and margarine.)
Burrito (rice, beans, the vegan beef I mentioned above, gauc/salsa/fake sour cream/corn/onions or wtf ever you like on burrito.)
Spaghetti + garlic bread (use margarine instead of butter, that's it.)
PB+J
Grain bowls (they are super easy and cheap and have a million varieties, you'll find one to your taste.)
Curries (use tofu instead of chicken. Simply Balanced by Target has a few different good, cheap vegan curry sauces if you don't like to make your own.)
Tofu scramble (tons of different varieties if you google for recipes.)
Falafel (almost all falafel mixes are vegan.)
Salad (Italian dressing is usually vegan. Bac'n Pieces are vegan.)
Veggie stir fries
Pesto pasta
Oatmeal (top with nuts, PB, fruit, cinnamon, maple syrup, raisins, whatever.)
Pasta salad, omit the salami/pepperoni.
potato salad, vegannaise instead of mayo.
Anything you can imagine with potatoes + sweet potatoes - grilled, hashbrowns, fries, hassleback, baked, tots, mashed.
Smoothies (vegan flavored protein powder is more expensive than whey, I know. But soy and pea protein isolate are very cheap. Add plain protein, banana, ice, plant milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder and sweetener/sugar.)
Chili
Caramel rice cakes topped with coconut/almond reddi-whip and nuts.

Here's some more outside of the box but cheap meals:
Jackfruit pulled pork (I just use slowcooked jackfruit and storebought BBQ sauce.)
Fried plantains
Fried zucchini
Tempura veggies
Baked acorn or butternut squash with margarine + brown sugar
Zucchini fritters (there's recipes everywhere and they're amazing.)
Chow mein
Pan fried bean sprouts
Chia pudding
Ceviche omit the shrimp/fish
Roasted eggplant
Mujaddara
Mushroom shawarma

Plant milk is more expensive than cow's milk, but you can make cheap-ass oatmillk at home*. There's tons of baking egg replacers (banana, applesauce, etc,) but I highly recommend flax egg** for some easy omega-3s.

https://www.cearaskitchen.com/vegan-yogurt/

Hi dude(tte)s, YankeeQuebec here. Welcome to my unofficial lesson on how to engrave your own AR-15 lower receiver. This is not meant to be a comprehensive class, but as a synopsis on just how easy it can be. This is also in hopes that many of you will get some CAD/CAM software, and create the next wave of firearms designs, in hopes of keeping record sales of firearms going higher and higher each year.

To follow along, you can download Fusion 360 here. It's free for students, teachers, hobbyists, and very small businesses.

Head to your local beer store, and search for beer made in California. Lagunitas, Sierra Nevada, Stone, are only some of the offerings, but any beer made with exported Californian water is even sweeter.

If you are not of age, you can still get in on screwing over the extreme freedom hating socialists (aka Reddit admins) in Commiefornia by grabbing some snacks. Don't forget to add the Second Amendment Foundation to Amazon Smile, before you buy anything.

Some tunes to listen to, and some more. For some laughs at how fucking inept Californians are, go here.

Obviously it depends on how much you want to spend/what she likes. Just to give you some ideas, my relatives in Vietnam love:

  • American snacks: [these] (https://www.amazon.com/Almond-Roca-ROC5240-42oz-Canister/dp/B0001AO8DY) for example. Don't go for the super popular ones (Oreos, Pringles, etc.), as they have those in Vietnam as well.
  • For girls, drugstore make up like Cover Girl, Maybelline. Viets are more familiar with those brands than the more expensive stuff at Sephora. Safest bet is to go with mascara, maybe an eyeshadow palette/blush.
  • Kinda weird but every single girl I know in Vietnam loves Victoria's Secret. Obviously this depends on what your relationship is. This is more of a FYI fun fact than an actual recommendation.
  • Even weirder - zip lock bags, Saran wrap, storage items for the kitchen.
  • If you know that she has an iPhone, actual Apple licensed products (portable chargers, phone cases, etc) are very sought after since the market there is littered with knock off Chinese stuff.
  • Multivitamins
  • If she has a dog, pet products like [these] (http://www.pedigree.com/really-good-food/dentastix-treats-small-medium.aspx)
u/thedollsquad · 1 pointr/Vitamix

That was really helpful—thanks for typing it all out! I buy my almonds online in bulk but I only go through one cup of almonds every 2 days, here's the kind I use. I use so little I don't mind the expense too much. Feeding a little one this way could get super expensive though! If it makes you feel any better, you also get the lovely byproduct of almond meal, which you can use in all sorts of recipes. The recipe I linked to produces a least a cup of meal, probably more. Not to mention, the taste from homemade milk is much better than the store bought stuff :)

u/karlgnarx · 4 pointsr/Fitness

Ask me this 2 months ago and I would say, "No, have a good big breakfast." However, for about the past few months, I have been making shakes for breakfast and couldn't be happier. Before, I was pretty much Mr. Subway or Starbucks breakfast sandwiches everyday. I was spending ~ $50 a week just in breakfast food. Absurd.

I don't think powder alone will get you very far. I know I would be hungry again in an hour.

So, in about 5 minutes, I mix the following in a blender:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup water (or so)
  • 3/4 cup organic flax/pumpkin or Ancient Grain/almonds cereal. This stuff is so good.
  • small handful of walnuts crushed by hand.

  • 2 scoops whey/casein blend protein

The above starts my morning off right and keeps me mostly satiated until lunch approaches. That says a lot for a 215lb guy. If I know I am going to be working extra hard/long/or going snowboarding or something, I toss in another 1/4-1/2 cup of regular old oats to get the carb content up.

My Dad (a long time fan of the breakfast shake) told me the other day he has been using a cup of spinach in his shakes, and says it adds little to zero flavor. I may give this a whirl for an even greater anti-oxidant boost.

Oh, I also add in my daily creatine and beta-alanine as well.

Precision Nutrition has some fantastic shake recipes, many which could be well suited to breakfast time and with some tweaking, to whatever nutritional/caloric goals you may have. Check them out.

It must be noted that I would much prefer to sit down and have a nice big breakfast, but this works given that I am a sleepyhead. I do love some breakfast, a handful of eggs, a few sweet potato pancakes and some nice patty sausage.....damnit, now I am hungry.
u/lk3c · 7 pointsr/xxketo

So odd. I think I'm still in a woosh, as I weighed 236.6 when I got home last night and 237.4 this morning. That's the number I'm sticking with until I see the lower number twice over a few days.

I found my perfect snack and my perfect side dish.

Perfect snack is roasted hazelnuts. They are 2g carbs per 1 oz serving. So delicious. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079KZHXG8

Perfect side dish is cauliflower "risotto". I put in a link of smoked sausage, sliced thin, a few tablespoons of bacon pieces, and then added cream after those were browned. I brought the cream to a simmer, then seasoned with salt and pepper, and threw in a cup of shredded cheese. I then whisked until smooth, and put in the thawed cauliflower rice. Mix well, and cover to heat.

SO GOOD! https://www.instagram.com/p/BiBGykQHwjq

Tonight will be steelhead trout with wilted spinach.

Be kind to yourself.

u/existie · 1 pointr/keto

There's something that I feel I should share with you, but you need to understand that you cannot eat the whole jar. You have to savor it. Lots of savoring, since it's pretty calorie dense, but it's my single favorite thing in this keto world. I like to nom it while I watch Dr. Who and drink Fresca...

I give you... chocolate almond butter.

I take about one serving size and put it a glass salsa/sauce cup, kinda like this. Don't try to put it in a real cup or in a bowl, it'll look pitiful. Anyway, once you have it in this little bitty sauce cup, eat it with your spoon... very slowly. I like to have it to absentmindedly 'munch' on because I can dip the very tip of the spoon in it and eat it. It's really strongly flavored so you don't need much at all.

It gives the same kind of experience as eating popcorn or ice cream in that it gives you something tasty and something to do with your hands absentmindedly while you focus on other things... but because it's so strongly flavored you can consume less of it and get the same enjoyment.

Most of my carb allowance is spent on almonds, either in this form or in this form.

u/fordus · 3 pointsr/xxketo

I have found these Gerd's Pumpkin Seeds to be very satisfying. I have tried many brand's and these are the most delicious. And cheaper per the oz when compared to Kroger, or paying the gas station prices. For 'round the campfire, peanuts in the shell are superfun and you can throw the shell in the fire!

For the day to day I would do cold cuts, plan on burgers, hotdogs can fit macros, hardboiled eggs. At camp I love love my BPC as I'm an early riser.

Personally, when I go away Imma treat myself with some Quest bars, almonds, tillamook cheese & all the other cheeses, smokehouse ham, I'll have some par-cooked bacon. Just all the amazing things.

Who am I kidding, I eat like a Queen everyday. Never been happier with my food.

u/mescad · 3 pointsr/keto

Thanks!

To be honest the pie part was an afterthought for me. I'm realizing now, having not yet eaten it, that I forgot to add the artificial sweetener that I was intending to add. I'm way out of the habit of eating any dessert at all, so if it's terrible, I'll just do without.

I looked at several keto pumpkin pie recipes, but none of them were low enough carb for my taste. The crust is a big showstopper (mine has no crust). The one thing I really wish I could had found were the Blue Diamond Pumpkin Spice Almonds that I learned about searching /r/keto for pumpkin pie. If they are coming back this year, they haven't appeared anywhere locally yet.

The green bean casserole was delicious, and I say that as someone who would often name it as his favorite Thanksgiving dish. The standard recipe in my family doesn't contain cheese, so I was curious how that would go. We both agreed that it's a nice spin on an old classic, and would make it again even if I wasn't eating keto. Also, just a note, but I like the texture of "fresh cut" green beans over "french cut" green beans, so that's the only reason I used those.

I have never liked the onions on top, so I didn't mind leaving them out. My wife added hers on the plate. If I wanted them, I'd probably just add them sparingly and count the carbs, as /u/senseandsarcasm suggests.

u/UncleSkippy · 10 pointsr/bjj

I lost a bunch of weight (from 310lbs down to 215lbs) by starting martial arts. It wasn't specifically BJJ, though BJJ was a part of the training.

For me, the most important part was to get into a routine where I was training on the days I said I would. It helped that my wife also trained and I've read that people who have someone to train with have a significantly higher chance of sticking with it, regardless of the activity. If you have the chance, get a friend to go as well. Honestly, it is hard to NOT make friends at any martial arts school. If you become friends with people at the gym, it will help you to keep the routine.

The next most important thing for me was to just cut back on portions. I didn't really change WHAT I was eating (that came later after the weight loss), but I cut back on HOW MUCH I was eating. Instead of 3 hot dogs, I ate 2. Instead of 2 Jumbo Jacks, I had 1. Instead of a footlong sub, I had a 6" or 8" sub. That seemed to make a big difference as well because I could still eat what I wanted (no deprivation), but I just ate less of it and ate small snacks to stave off hunger. This is when I became addicted to sunflower seeds as a way to keep my mouth busy and my hunger satisfied. These are the best sunflower seeds and if anyone disagrees, I challenge you to a thunderdome battle using chihuahuas as weapons.

Good luck and, most importantly, have fun!

u/govegan_ctfu · 8 pointsr/PlantBasedDiet

I used a Tribest Slowstar juicer with the mincing attachment.

It's a fantastic juicer and I didn't think I'd get much use out of the mincer until I saw this video.

I also like to sprinkle this chia flax stuff on it sometime. It comes in vanilla maple flavor and cocoa coconut flavor. Amazon link posted so you can easily see the ingredients. Also Amazon overcharges, it's $6.99 at my local WFM.

EDIT: Oh! And after 5-10 minutes at room temp the banana ice cream started liquefying like traditional ice cream does. That stuff is my favorite :)

u/lightzalot · 1 pointr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

The price on this changes back and forth but it's usually under $10. This candy I swear to you is the most amazing chocolates ever! I got to try them once and you can only find them online or buy them in Hawaii. They are the most delicious candies! I would loveeeeee to have a bag of them again.

Nutiva, nice. They also have raw, organic shelled hemp seeds (if you didn't know):

I eat these things all the time lol, generally after a workout shake and any time I need a snack. It's probably one of the easiest ways to get protein with low carbs and all the other benefits like the Omegas, etc. Only 3 tablespoons per serving, and I just eat them by the spoonful.

The fire in the fields creates a large plume of black smoke, great...everyone probably knows where Gareth is now. That could work against him, or for him. He gets to the parachute, which was actually farther than he expected, and opens up the box.

Inside it contains:

  • a bag

  • trail mix

  • beef jerky

  • peanut butter crackers

  • and a water bottle full of clean water.

There's a note inside that says: "Good luck.". That's it? Gee, thanks.

When he looks down at the village he can see a stone house is on fire, greek fire eats away at the stone house and through the windows. Gareth sees Milo run from the house and start jogging towards the lake, where the explosions occurred not five minutes ago. He hasn't noticed Gareth yet, he could have the element of surprise here....

OOC: If you wish to fight Milo or Confront him, please comment HERE after his most recent reply. If you decide against it, feel free to reply to this message once more.
u/elphieisfae · 1 pointr/PercyJacksonRP

This is probably going to be the closest - can't find the leather ones on Amazon unfortunately.

~

Food wise:

Trail mix

Jerky

peanut butter crackers

(going to suggest that you might want to send Gareth a bag to hold all this? Janine has one already. Unless you meant like cooked food.. in which case, it needs to be available on amazon)

I would have to agree with you, I just finished off the tub I bought a while ago and I'm not going to buy another. I am planing on just making a mix at home and I've found the Hemp here and I'm just going to grab some coco powder and other things at a local shop.

I buy these. Still not cheap but cheaper maybe? Not great to snack on plain but definitely does the trick for any sort of cooking.

Frosted Flakes is horrible for you... seriously if you care 1% about your health try something different. Like this stuff, srsly chop up a banana and throw it in this and it's the ambrosia of The Ents http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Path-Organic-Ancient-Almonds/dp/B004885T38
