Our Canadians are well suited for packing up to travel!

Here's the case on Amazon.

I've got 2 x 812s, a pipe tool, a mini Bic and some filters in there. It could probably fit 25 grams of tobacco, as well.

I use this to organize my sunglasses and really like the look/style of it. It’s flat and serves the purpose you need: https://www.amazon.com/Juvale-Glasses-Display-Case-Sunglasses/dp/B01NAJDRRB

Get a handle bar bag, or frame bag. Get a rigid glasses case and put it inside the handle bar bag (something like this). You might also want to put the glasses in a microfiber pouch inside the hard case, just to make sure they do not scratch.

You could also look into photochromic lenses if you really don't want to carry two.

It really depends on the situation. In my day-to-day life, I don't carry very much. Dexcom receiver on my hip, Omnipod PDM also on my hip, and that's it. I have test strips and glucose tabs or candy at my desk at work, in my car, and at various places around my house.

If I'm going on a long walk about a city or something (rare, because I live in suburban Texas - not much walking here), I carry those things in a military-style sunglasses case. I actually got this when I was on MDI, as it's the only thing I've found that is long enough for insulin pens.

If I'm traveling, I carry the aforementioned case along with a small cooler with an icepack and insulin and a couple of extra Omnipods and an extra Dexcom sensor in my bag/suitcase.

But, anyway, on a day-to-day basis, I don't carry almost anything on me.

Not a pen holder, but I used to clip one of these to my bags with a carabiner.

I also carry an extremely small pack (14L), wear contacts and always carry a pair of glasses in case something goes wrong with my contacts or I can't wear them due to eye irritation.

You can read how I pack here and see my glasses case in the fourth and fifth photo. I found one on Amazon that looks just like it here. It never occured to me that there might be a more minimal solution, this is just the case that I've had forever...
