For instant results you need a product with some kind of silicons, like dimethicone. Older colleague of mine uses herbalife under eye cream or gel and is very happy with instantly puffed skin. Then if you want you can apply foundation or not. I usually don't, but when I do it's a sheer to invisible powder developed to even skin tone and reduce facial redness. Sleep deprivation makes my face prone to flushing.
Seriously, I always had a problem with bags and looking tired, but with this routine my face just looks incredibly fresh and healthy. It makes a world of difference.
