Hi guys, Author here.

I just released my book "Hotel Fitness: Workouts for Road Warriors" and it's free promo is starting today!

Here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PXDX6CI

A little about the book and why I wrote it:

I was always traveling for my job and realized that every hotel I stayed at had a really crappy gym. Pretty much all the gyms had were some dumbbells and a worn out treadmill. Needing to get in shape, I made a routine that uses everything from tables to towels to actually give you a good workout. I ended up losing 15 lbs using this exact method (and of course changing my diet too).

I wrote this book to help people achieve their goals. So I hope you'll take a crack at it!

If you have any questions, you can ask them here and i'll be glad to help.

One last thing, if you guys could leave a review I would really appreciate it. It helps keep me motivated and informed!

This book talks about the important distinction to be made between physical and mental symptoms of anxiety, it refers to the physical symptoms as autostress and explains the science behind it https://www.amazon.co.uk/Framework-Fluff-Free-Understanding-Transforming-Autostress/dp/197704526X/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1525287803&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=The+framework

Very briefly, success stories would include the Australian gun policies after the mass shooting in Tasmania and the Boston miracle in reducing youth gun homicide in the 1990s (I've written about the latter in my book While We Were Sleeping: Success Stories in Injury and Violence Prevention http://www.amazon.com/While-We-Were-Sleeping-Prevention/dp/0520258460 and the former on our Harvard injury Control Research Center website under Bullet-ins). https://cdn1.sph.harvard.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/1264/2013/01/bulletins_australia_spring_2011.pdf. The assault weapons ban in the US would probably be considered a failure because of all the loopholes in the law.
