B12 is the one you need. D3 is the vegan version of vitamin D. I live in Alaska, and only take D in the winter due to decreased sunlight. Omega 3 fatty acids can be obtained from regularly eating foods like chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds and some other thing. Google can show you more.
You can get them from the whole seed or buy cold pressed oil of the seeds. Most capsules with flax oil I've seen contain gelatin.

If you eat vegetables you won't need many supplements. The dark green ones are important. Vitamin C consumption improves the bioavability of plant based calcium also. Try to avoid juices, because they are mostly sugar in comparison with the whole fruit.

I bought the flax seed meal on amazon as well, but I found out my regular supermarket carries it. Oh, and I used extra virgin coconut oil instead of butter since I had read somewhere that it's healthier and figured I'd give it a try. It's super expensive so I'm not sure I'd use it again but it worked well in the recipe.

If you want to get that reddish hue on the stock, use Raw linseed oil. Tung oil will not get you that USGI red look, but it will give you a more durable finish and as stated above, as it builds up like a finish.

Here is what I use on my Garand, has a lot of the omega fatty acids responsible for the red oxidization that occurs.

I have a question about vitamin supplements.

I am looking at buying this vitamin sup, DHA&EPA, and flax seed oil omega 3

Should I skip the flax seed and only take the vitamin and dha&epa pills?

This is a great example. I'd add in flaxseed too. I take this one when I don't add it directly to my smoothies: http://www.amazon.com/Deva-Organic-Vegan-Vitamins-Omega-3/dp/B001GAOHV6

Yeah peanut butter and EVOO isn't very good :) EVOO is mostly devoid of micronutrients. You could buy a thing of flax oil and take that, or just buy a big bag of walnuts and eat them. You can buy that online, but it's probably cheaper in a grocery store. My grocery store sells organic walnuts in bulk for about $3/lb.
