1. Extra Strength Garlic with Allicin - Powerful Immune System Support Formula - Enteric Coated Tablets for Easy Swallowing - Feel the Allicin Difference - 3 Month Supply

    Features:
  • THE ALLICIN DIFFERENCE. Allicin is the active component in garlic (beneficial to the immune system and circulatory system) that is released from a freshly crushed clove. We capture 5000 mcg of allicin in each acid-protected enteric coated tablet.
  • MORE CONVENIENT THAN A CLOVE. Our odorless supplement delivers the amazing health benefits of allicin sans eating a fresh clove. An enteric coating then protects the garlic from stomach acid before entering the small intestine, where it is most effective.
  • HEART-HEALTHY BENEFITS. The benefits of garlic have been widely known for centuries, and modern technology has made it possible to harness the most useful components to help support healthy blood pressure levels and overall heart health.
  • IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT. Keep your immune system kickin’ with a daily dose of allicin. Garlic contains antioxidants that protect against cell damage, may boost immune cell function, and may help protect against oxidative damage from free radicals.
  • WHAT SETS US APART? At Zhou, we use only the highest-quality ingredients in a facility following GMP (good manufacturing practices). Plus, we test everything at our lab in Utah, so you can be confident that you're fueling your body with the very best.
  • During the summer months products may arrive warm but Amazon stores and ships products in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations, when provided.

How long have you been taking cold showers and what benefits did you notice?

Been 2-3 months. It makes me feel like a coffee in the morning and wakes me up. When it's cold enough, your body releases dopamine. It also helps your skin qualität.

What taste would you compare to that smoothie?

haha I don't think there's any taste that can be compared. It's just green and if you like green you can almost say that it looks delicious haha After some time you get used to it and meanwhile it doesn't bother me any more...I would almost say it's tasty

Where do you get your stuff, especially the supplements and the tea?

from different sources. What do you mean exactly? I get the tea from them:

What's your occupation?

I have my own IT company. We sell internet lines and telephone connections.

Aby garlic extract and not pure garlic?

I take this one https://www.amazon.de/Wakunaga-Knoblauch-Extrakt-Strength-Reserve-Kapseln/dp/B005W41JI6/ref=sr_1_8?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&keywords=kyolic&qid=1571989981&sr=8-8

Those doses are right, you could even do berberine at 5000mg/day.

Berberine link (but can use others if you want)

Allicin link (really need to use this brand)

Prucalopride is the best option prokinetic for most. Erythromycin is second best, just don't take it with berberine and watch other interactions. Natural supplements often aren't strong enough, but given your slightly more mild case, you might be fine with them. Iberogast is considered very safe despite that one outlier. For it to cause liver issues, you'd supposedly have to take a lot higher dose.

Hawthorn berry has worked for me. So has garlic pills, the kind that feature allicin. this is the kind that helped me.

If it’s your top number that’s high, try pine bark. Pycnogenol it is called. This one is good.

COQ10/Ubiquinol and Magnesium are supposed to be good too. Omega 3 oil is supposed to Make your veins loose and happy.

I’m working on figuring out what I need to take.

I go from 140’s/high 90’s down to low 120’s/80’s when I take various combinations of these.

Edit: sorry none of this is for muscle cramps. Just bp

Berberine Complex
GarliActive
Oregano Oil
Neem
t.i.d. means three times daily, and b.i.d. means twice daily. I take them with food. I bought most on amazon but I think I found better prices on some in other places, but the links I provided are the exact type that I am currently using.

whoa, thanks for pointing this out for me!! WHy do you take that one if it has less Allicin? Am I reading this correctly that the garlinase one has only 11mg Allicin per capsule whereas this one below has 180mg per capsule?

Supplement aged garlic + lecithin.

Cost is about $7.20/month at 4 pills a day (2 twice daily) if you buy the big 300 count bottle for $18.02.

500mg of soy lecithin daily lowered total cholesterol levels up to 42% in this study and lowered LDL a whopping 56% after 2 months.

Lecithin also helps reduce fat in the liver, which is part of metabolic syndrome.

Garlic increases HDL, decreases LDL, and decreases total cholesterol levels. It also reduces high blood pressure, and reduces the rate of getting the common cold by 60-70% if you supplement it daily. It even helps reduce the size of an enlarged prostate.

This is a very cost-effective way to lower your risk profile for CVD, in addition to exercise, eating vegetables, not smoking, etc.

EDIT: lol at the down votes. Broscience much?

That's what I take.

Personally I use Now Foods brand for most all of my supplements.
I've been using their Policosanol, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Green Tea, and Super Odorless Garlic for 5+ years now.
Mind you, this is simply my opinion. I've not tried many other brands nor kept any records to compare results.

I was on antibiotics for mild acne for at least 10-12 months straight before switching to a topical. Towards the end of that year I had a bunch of really strange symptoms, and looking back it all seems to point towards candida but here's a quick list:

  • Wake up nauseous every morning
  • Dizzy/disoriented every morning
  • Started throwing up every workout
  • Lack of ability to feel hunger
  • Boating way too quickly(like 1-2 cups of almond milk)
  • Frequent spacing out/completely losing train of thought

Saw a GI doc, did an endoscopy and found nothing. He had no idea wtf was going on but he gave me low dose Amitriptyline since it's generally regarded as a fix for nerve endings in the gut.

I took that and it really did help a lot. So after 1-2 months I seemed better and stopped taking it. The symptoms came back over time and that's where I'm at now.

Some of my symptoms have eased so they're not as bad, but they're definitely not good. The spacey fog brain & losing train of thought is the biggest red flag for me. It's always horrible in the morning and lessens as the day goes on. But this entire time I've never been able to connect why that symptom would relate to nausea or stomach issues.

And since that med seemed to help I'm at a loss if this really is candida or not. And I still don't have proof it's candida but the more I read about this the more it aligns with my symptoms so I'm willing to try stuff and see what happens.

I will look up the Kyloic supplement(this one?) and try adding that into my ACV routine. My goal is to try stuff and look for any remote progress/improvement while taking this stuff to see if I should continue course and get on a full diet & whatnot. I'm actually amazed how much the people on here know about this & how many websites are solely focused on candida.

Same here. This is what's helping me:

(1) Watching "atypical" show on netflix that follows a fictional non-masking person with asperger's through their daily life struggles, and illustrates asperger's surprisingly well -- I find myself suddenly freely stimming and accessing "locked away" parts of my self-expression while watching that show

(2) Removing pathogens from the gut, since the pathogens seem to force the gut lining into a tense/constricted state that makes trauma release almost impossible (for me), but makes that same trauma release effortless and involuntary once the physical presence of the pathogens is removed, through (a) heavy used of garlic with each meal containing milk or carbs (even in convenient powdered form, or as nearly tasteless capsules), (b) food-grade diatomaceous earth once per day (in capsules, if you prefer that over mixing it into water) and (c) enterosgel (seems to be the most powerful toxin binder available) to clean up the mess of toxins that pathogens release when they are killed by the diatomaceous earth once per day.
