  • GLUTEN- AND GMO-FREE: Tested gluten & 30 allergen free (see test results image). Here, at Casa de Sante, we love this product because it is completely natural. It doesn’t contain GMOs, sodium, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives and is completely vegan. Asafetida is a low FODMAP substitute that gives your food an onion and garlic flavor without the use of actual onion or garlic, making it great for those with dietary restrictions.
  • LOW FODMAP: This amazing spice is also called asafoetida, or hing, and is derived from an herb called ferula, making it completely natural. Traditionally, it is used as a substitute for onion and garlic in Ayurvedic cooking as well as in Jainism and Buddhism because of its deep oniony umami notes. Simply use a pinch at a time to add great garlicky & onion flavor and seasoning to any dish.
  • PROMOTES DIGESTIVE HEALTH: Recent studies show that asafetida helps provide IBS relief and also helps reduce other digestive issues such as bloating, excessive flatulence, and stomach cramps related to digestion. So, if you suffer from digestive issues but have not been able to find relief, asafetida is a more holistic option that may work for you. If your issues are chronic, consult a doctor.
  • High potency organic gluten free asafetida (hing) spice - just use a pinch! Gluten Free with allergy test results attached. Non-GMO, Non-Irradiated, Gluten Free

About a month and a half ago I was doing a strict, no-cheats, Paleo diet and trying to get healthy. Now I'm doing a less strict version of the diet and throwing in a lot more physical activity, especially hiking and golfing. My main self improvement goals for the summer are to try more Paleo recipes, and to improve my golf game. I currently golf in a league with some ladies from my job, and my game is AWFUL. But I golf every week so I think I'll be getting plenty of practice!

On my Under $5 wishlist there is a golf stroke counter that would help make it easier to keep score in league matches, and it would probably improve my game. For the eating goal, I have a Magic Bullet ($39) on my main wishlist that could help me make Paleo friendly fruit and veggie smoothies as well as riced cauliflower, and pesto -- two things I've been dying to make. Or the Paleo cookbooks on my Books! wishlist, those would help too. I'm just rambling now haha

Thanks for an awesome contest!

I've heard others make the argument that the Cajon bag has good straps, but I personally feel like those people were not filling the bag. So if you don't plan on filling it it MIGHT work maybe? If you are desperate and crafty I would purchase it and buy like a golf bag strap and stitch it to the bag. If done well that could possibly work really well.

But now I feel like I need to search for a bag that will work well when you need to do a bit of traveling. Someone once suggested a surfer bag, but the options were VERY limited (I believe at the time only pink ones were available) but the design looked pretty solid. But at the moment they seem to not be selling it anymore because all of the bag options are around $100. If you are paying $100+ you mine as well purchase the Board Game Truck Bags, but they don't seem available now that the kickstarter is over.

But this definitely has peeked my curiosity, it would be sweet to have a bag for conventions this year.

>Why us?: We're a team of mediocre golfers, so we feel like we understand what the average golfer who wants to improve their game wants... and at the very least we can use our own app :). In addition, we believe we have the technical chops, as well as drive, tenacity, hustle, and vision to be successful.

Okay, then why isn't it "mediocre golfers who knocked a combined 37 strokes off our game?" First off, this needs no computer, no internet connection, no mobile phone to test and produce a result for the end user. You go. Somebody watches. You get tips. Your score drops. No electricity required.

>Our app allows you to film yourself golfing

A programming language 'allows' anyone to build an app. The reason they don't is they can't. Usability is key here. And if you're not throwing in one of these, you're limiting your market.

>we believe there is an untapped market for longer term, consistent feedback, where you can get better slowly over time.

You show me your [smoke test.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smoke_testing_(lean_startup) I'll show you belief is not required.

Because your belief refutes every bit of marketing for the sports improvement and fitness industry (Think Eight Minute Abs) from the last thirty years. The Internet user has the attention span of a fruit fly. I know, let's get them better at golf in mo ... oh look somthin' shiny.

And who is the feedback coming from? Tiger Woods? Or any retard good at putt-putt you can get your greasy crowdsourcing fingers on?

Golfers, in general, already get better over long time periods. Every guy in a twosome or larger gets tips on their game from an informed amateur.

I got this one for $70 and love it. I would suggest picking up the Stiff Arm as well.

I love the piece of mind that the Stiff Arm gives you since it feel pretty sturdy and ensures that it takes any pressure put on the top of the bag.

I use the below, an alignment stick stabbed in the ground and the apple slow mo recorder...I’m sure better apps exist.

I must’ve caught it on sale

If you go for a golf brush to keep your club face clean, make sure you get one with a strong handle. Save your wrists for the swing. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N3O0KQI

Like someone else mentioned, I love my Caddytek push cart. I've probably had it out 100-150 times so far, and it's never skipped a beat.

But I also really like my Groove Tube. Such a simple, cheap little thing. But it really works great, and I've found myself annoyed at its absence on the few occasions when I've forgotten to fill the bottle. https://www.amazon.com/Groove-Cleaner-Squeeze-Bottle-Brush/dp/B002IJ5VSW/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1493754538&sr=8-4&keywords=golf+club+cleaner

I don't use a lot of the stuff in my bag, but make sure to keep things in there that are handy when you really need them. I don't need a lot to make the experience fun, but do need things to prevent it becoming sour.

Stick an extra $20 or $50 somewhere in your bag for that day you forget to bring cash (forgot my wallet at home one day and ended up not needing it).

This brush is my favorite thing.

Spare change.

Green repair tool.

Ibuprofen/Naproxen.

Bandage/Tape.

Extra glove.

Small sunscreen.

Pack of trail mix.

Extra pair of socks.

Towel/Rag.

Grinder/Bud/Papers.

EDIT: High deet-content bug spray

I actually have a drummer in the studio right now who bought a golf travel case for his hardware and it's pretty great. Less expensive than dedicated hardware cases and doesn't take up much room.

u/TeeItForeward · 3 pointsr/golf

I have one. They work pretty nice. I like that it stays wet all round. It's not an earth shattering invention but it's nice.

If you're worried about scratching your irons, I've found these little non-metal brushes to be very nice. I just keep one in pocket during the round. Never had any issues. It's more convenient I've found than having a brush clipped to my bag.

It's even got a pump style dispenser. Pretty neat if you enjoy beer and golf!

I travel with my clubs 2-3x a year and I use a soft bag because it's easier to transport. I don't know if you've noticed this but the hard case is cumbersome and difficult to fit into some cars because of its size. If my soft bag doesn't fit once I get to my destination I can always take my clubs out and fold up my soft bag.
To protect my clubs I wrap a towel around the heads and I use this: Club Glove Stiff Arm Travel Club Protector https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0015RZCZK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_-fsrxb1RJXTE9
On our last golf trip one of my buddies had a hard case and it wouldn't fit in the rental. He had to sit with it in the back seat with it sticking out the side of the window. Of course the hard case protects it in case of rough handlers or drops but I haven't had any bad experiences yet. Hope this helps

Golf Bag Tag? Like a personalized luggage tag? http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002T5V5OE?pc_redir=1406547283&robot_redir=1

I'd ask and get clarification on this one... Plus it's the difference between a $15 gift and a $150 gift.

u/ElDingus · 3 pointsr/golf

Bring something like this or even better, this. Stick it in your bag with 7-8 cubes of ice at the bottom with cans on top. Bring others in your other pockets. Drink the first 5, replacing the previously drank beer with a warm one out of your bag. Get a cup of ice from the snack bar if your ice runs out. What I do basically every round.

u/daChino02 · 3 pointsr/golf

I bring this on the course or you can leave it in the car for after the round... but it's great cleaning tool.

Grover Tube

u/rougehuron · 1 pointr/golf

If you live in a northern state where there's no year-round golf I'd say get one of these for putting practice around the home. Another similarly priced option is one of these phone holders for recording his swing. Some other things you could add: nice basic towels like these, a pair or two of golf gloves (if you know his hand size), golf socks (you can never have too many), a bag of tees, and golf balls.

u/GreenLanternGolf · 1 pointr/golf

Mine's similar, but the racks are in the middle. This one

If the one in your pic is like this one, it's not a bad price and it's highly rated.

If you're looking for a single, this one would do, but it has nearly a full star less rating.

u/Mlind17 · 3 pointsr/golf

Hard cases are ideal. If you've got a soft case, I'd highly recommend a pole similar to the one attached. Saves the woods. http://www.amazon.com/Club-Glove-Stiff-Arm-Protector/dp/B0015RZCZK

This is the fastest way but the better way is to just get lessons.

u/YahNasty · 1 pointr/golf

Try this (http://www.amazon.com/ProActive-Groove-Squeeze-Bottle-Cleaner/dp/B002IJ5VSW) my uncle gave it to me awhile bag and it has been great

u/Tebacon · 8 pointsr/Overwatch

I was just about to respond "Yeah, that's definitely not real."

But, to my surprise, it's real.

u/GreenWaveGolfer · 2 pointsr/golf

Just an option, but I have on of these. It's a handy little ball washer. You pull the microfiber inside out and get it wet and wring it out and put it back in. Then just throw it in your back pocket and use it to clean your ball on the greens.

u/eqppwqqep · 2 pointsr/golf

i have a cell phone clip that attaches to your alignment sticks while they are in the bag. It works really well. I think they are $12 on amazon.

u/AnAvidGolfer · 2 pointsr/golf

I use the Frogger towel and a bottle brush, I keep my clubs pretty damn clean. I put a drop of dish soap in with the water and shake before a round. Most of the time, I use the Frogger more to clean my grips than my club heads.

u/PicsOrGtfoh · 1 pointr/golf

Groove tube... 9 bucks... Never leaks in my car... Fill it on course water fountain or cooler. Great 9 bucks... Keeps my clubs spotless. The thought of a smelly moldy towel grosses me out. https://www.amazon.com/ProActive-Groove-Squeeze-Bottle-Cleaner/dp/B002IJ5VSW

u/SCMSuperSterling · 2 pointsr/golf

Umbrella, sharpie/pen, hand sanitizer/wet wipes, Sunscreen, and mosquito repellant (both non-aerosol).

Edit: oh, and one of these with the slim ice packs.

u/taz757 · 2 pointsr/golf

I keep one of these in my pocket, and if the grooves get a bit caked in between shots, I run it over the club real quick. About every 10 rounds, clubs getting a good scrubbing.

u/bit99 · 2 pointsr/golf

The ProActive GreenGo Golf ball cleaner. Its like 10 bucks and I use it before every putt.

u/Gern__Blanston · 5 pointsr/golf

Outside of my rangefinder, I use this more than anything else during a round http://www.amazon.com/Frogger-BrushPro-Retractable-Dual-Bristle-Cleaner/dp/B0049RV180

Can have it hanging right on your bag and it works well for its intended purpose

u/spartangrunt · 1 pointr/golf

Seriously! I've got a Groove Tube and a towel. Embrace the groooooove.

u/Levandy · 2 pointsr/golf

I just bought this to clean my clubs during a round. I think it'll be very handy because I have a brush already but without water it doesn't help very much.

u/moctopodes · 3 pointsr/golf

Request - need a selfie stick type thing to hold my phone and record my swing at the range. Started taking lessons again and the instructor is big of watching your own swing to help diagnose problems. Saw this on Amazon which is ideal but no way in hell I'm paying $40 for a plastic clip. Anyone have anything they'd recommend?
