I love this post because finding a new treasure online is NOT EASY, but REALLY rewarding.

I buy canned pumpkin year 'round and love to mix apple cider vinegar, pumpkin pie spice, and stevia- it's like fake apply pumpkin pie.
I also eat it with greek yogurt if I want to bulk it.

https://www.thelionspack.com sells a lot of DELICIOUS "healthy" (read: natural) protein desserts items, the cookie doughs are to die for but often a trap for me :-o

Shirataki noodles, shredded iceberg, and cauliflower for bulking veggies

I roast costco sized packages of broccoli and butternut squash almost daily.

Halo top MIXED with arctic zero ice cream- sometimes this is dinner.

xtreme wellness tortillas are amazing and have been mentioned on this post hot top is they're $3.08 at walmart in store- way cheaper than everywhere else I've seen. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ole-Mexican-Xtreme-Wellness-Spinach-and-Herbs-Tortilla-Wraps-12-7-oz-Pack-of-6/27617772?wmlspartner=wmtlabs&adid=22222222222018944872&wmlspartner=wmtlabs&wl0=e&wl1=o&wl2=c&wl3=10353876903&wl4=pla-1103078610150&wl12=27617772_0&wl14=xtreme%20wellness%20tortillas&veh=sem&msclkid=9d2458d99d6017a0164d027facdb2716

Quest protein chips are a great tasty chip-ish protein full snack.

I make pancakes/ cake in a cup in the microwave using birch bender's paleo mix and adding a scoop of vega protein. THIS IS A GREAT BASE FOR ICRE CREAM :) I also add liquid egg whites for more bulk sometimes.

Oatmeal prepared with TONS of extra water and cooked longer yields a bigger portion volume-wise, just beware of it bubbling over. You can also add egg whites to this for some extra volume and protein in the morning.

Last, but not least, I usually eat a Kirkland protein bar for lunch. They're 190 calories and about 22g of protein with NO artificial junk and natural sugars. IDK how that's possible, but I love them.

I could go on and on.

I LOVE chips and that's the thing I miss the most. I tried a variety pack of the Quest protein chips. My favorite was the sour cream and cheddar. Love dipping it into guacamole- especially the Wholly Guacamole minis. Perfect snack and satisfies my chip craving.

These are the cheapest I have found:

Quest Nutrition Protein Chips, Cheddar & Sour Cream, 21g Protein, Baked, 1.2oz Bag, 8 Count https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OJ9NBAO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_jxxxxb8MTC45G

u/Buns-n-Buns · 2 pointsr/loseit

I usually go for salty rather than sweet, so my go-to snack proteins have been jerky and protein chips. For jerky, find one that's lower in sugar- it should have at least 1g protein for every 10 calories in the serving size. Quest chips have been a lifesaver: 20g protein for 130 calories. The chips are weird and a little cardboard-y if we're being honest, but I still like them. The sour cream and onion and BBQ flavors are the best ones, and the cheese flavor is the worst (and I LOVE cheese).

u/TheJawsThemeSong · 1 pointr/Fitness

I do egg whites a lot. I'll scramble some in the morning and have some at night and it's so filling. I'll just throw them in the pan, cook them up, add some chipotle cholula sauce, salt, pepper, and sour cream and I'm good to go.

Also if you need a snack? I love these. Easily the best protein chips I've ever had, I don't even miss doritos.

u/cdrotar · 2 pointsr/keto

Quest makes a Protein chip that is really good! Lots of flavors too!

Quest Nutrition Protein Chips, Sour Cream & Onion, 21g Protein, 3g Net Carbs, 130 Cals, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Potato Free, Baked, 1.2oz Bag, 8 Count, Packaging May Vary https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OJA0DKE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_LHv1AbN1H88XM

u/aelurophilia · 1 pointr/keto

Yay, good for you!! Keep it up!!

Also, for future reference if you’re ever seriously craving chips (in a non-stress related way), try these Quest “Doritos”. They are SUPER tasty, and one bag is only 4 net carbs.

u/Starfola · 3 pointsr/keto

Yeah same, I used to eat mash potatoes everyday with steak and it tasted good but after being in keto for a few months I noticed how much carbs it is and every single time I look at something in the supermarket that seems "friendly" it still tend to have a lot of carbs. If you're craving some pasta I would recommend Tofu Shirataki Noodles by House Foods. However, I suggest adding stuff like tomato sauce that has low carb since the noodles will taste good if you season it well or bland if you don't season it. As for pizza I would making keto pizza. It doesn't cost much and you can track the calories of the entire pie by using myfitness recipe calculator. If you miss sugar you can use a Erythritol Sweetener.

Also, I seen people talk about MCT Oils and how some people get great results while others say the opposite. I personally recently started to include it in my routine and I been feeling more energy throughout the day and personally lost weight while using it since I been stuck at 193-195 and now I'm 189 (started on the 14 of this month). I was scared to use a low priced MCT Oil so I went for Brain Octane MCT Oil. I'd suggest getting the 3 OZ one to see how it goes for you since it's a waste to spend higher because if it doesn't work well at least you didn't spend that much.

Some snacks I enjoy:

Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips

u/ashelia · 5 pointsr/keto

Had such a nice easter, my mom gave me a basket with a bunch of keto snacks. I wanted to post it but saw everyone else's so I'll post it here XD

u/illinoisee · 3 pointsr/bodybuilding

These are godly. Better than any protein chip I’ve ever had. Our Little Rebellion Protein Crisps, Sweet & Smokey BBQ Popped Protein Chips, Gluten Free, Non-GMO (5oz/12 Pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071S7YGBR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_R9rYAb00N05CT

u/Keykatriz · 1 pointr/keto

I really like the FatSnax cookies. I've only tried the chocolate chip but they're legitimately good, the only thing that would stop me from eating them off keto is that they're pricey. I've tried other keto cookies but none of them are as good imo.

u/tdgonex · 1 pointr/xxfitness

I really like Kay's Naturals protein chips & stuff. Some are better than others but I like most of them.

u/clientWest · 2 pointsr/keto

Hi, Cookie Monster here (cookie ain't safe around me).

OMG!

This is by far the best protein cookie I've ever tasted.

Caramel Chocolate Pecan will be bought in bulk from now on.

Available at Amazon as well.

u/aWildPig · 5 pointsr/fatlogic

Not at all!

Here's some common things:

Wraps with a light or low carb tortilla, spinach, green bell pepper slices, onion slices, cucumber slices, and some kind of protein (egg salad, chicken salad, tuna or salmon salad, chicken with pesto or Caesar dressing).

Asian salad kit - The one I like has a base of cabbage and carrots with cilantro, and comes with a little packet of dressing and a packet of wonton strips and sliced almonds. I add 3-4 oz cooked chicken to it

Big. Ass. Stir Frys (Fries???) - I'll use either pineapple chicken sausage or pineapple teriyaki chicken meatballs and stir fry with two green bell peppers that have been sliced and about half a red onion. Green beans would be good too, any veg really.

Also, cauliflower stir fry - I take cauliflower rice, diced onion, peas, carrots, broccoli, green bell peppers and stir fry together in a soy sauce mixture and then add an egg and maybe a cut up chicken tender on top.

When I go to Taco Bell, I always get a chicken power bowl now, minus rice (too many empty calories) and guac (just don't like it), and I add jalapenos to it. I also get something "fun" for under 300cals like a gordita or something. My order comes out to just under 600cals, and the power bowl really fills me up in a way that other Taco Bell items just don't!

I also like to snack on bacon, cheese, pickles, hard-boiled eggs, meat sticks, and I just got these cheesy protein puffs that are pretty decent!

I might be biased because I live in Vermont, but Vermont Smoke and Cure's smoked pepperoni is fantastic.

u/tfriedlich · 1 pointr/fitmeals

I love the Vermont Smoke Turkey Pepperoni stick. 10G protein, 70 calories, lower sodium than just about any jerky I've seen, and delicious. The other flavors are even better, but tend to be more calorie dense with slightly less protein.

https://www.amazon.com/Vermont-Smoke-Cure-Antibiotic-Pepperoni/dp/B00WMF3P4O/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1501081042&sr=8-1&keywords=turkey%2Bvermont&th=1

u/Jeepersca · 27 pointsr/1200isplenty

...I've been eating nachos twice a day this week... and each serving is under 350 calories and totally keto, for those that are low carb!

1 bag Quest Sea Salt and Vinegar Chips
1 oz mexican mix or cheddar cheese
2 T Herdez (low carb) green salsa
1 oz Daisy sour cream

Upend bag of chips onto large plate, spread them out carefully so they cover the plate without much overlap. cover with shredded cheese and microwave for 30 seconds. spoon salsa carefully so you reach each chip, sour cream optional in tiny dollops on each chip.

Enjoy. Comes to about 350 calories, 130+110+15+60=345 calories

Pro top: place the chips saltiest side down so your tongue gets that zing when you pop one in.

u/hillsthatis · 3 pointsr/vegan1200isplenty

Same here. I ended up buying the smokey sweet flavor in packs of 12 at amazon

My "lunch" is usually just a Quest Protein Cookie They're a little pricey but so so good. I'll usually drink a Powerade or just water with it

Other favorites are pepperoni, string cheese, and babybell cheeses

u/pancakesaresuperior · 2 pointsr/AirForce

I sent my husband Quest protein chips and Buff Bake peanut butter (individually wrapped packets).

He ordered whey and I took care of little snacks.

u/aixelsdi · 1 pointr/loseit

these things are really, really tasty with relatively few calories and fulfill my salty cravings.

u/iWriteYourMusic · 1 pointr/Fitness

So are high protein snacks like this not advisable since they use vegetable protein and are not complete proteins (in terms of amino acids)?

u/ChrisHatesAmazon · 1 pointr/ketorecipes

Yes. Here is a link for the peanut butter flavor.

u/JKiddin · 1 pointr/keto

Quest has a salt and vinegar flavor. A little expensive and a little carby but do-able.

You can also pickle other things like cauliflower. Or try some sauerkraut. Maybe a low carb chicken adobo - that's mostly vinegar and soy sauce.

Also try a lemon vinegarette for a salad - lemon juice, olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt

u/CinnamonJ · 1 pointr/keto

These are the ones my wife gets, I don't know what else is out there.

u/oyen · 4 pointsr/xxfitness

Protein chips!

Like these Quest cheese flavored ones!

18g protein for 140 cals!

u/RandomGerman · 6 pointsr/wls

I like the Quest nutrition protein chips.

Not a fan of the BBQ flavor but the others are fine. Found those once for 99 cents at a "Grocery Outlet" but they are gone now and I am hooked. Hate that they cost more than 99 cents now. But when I notice that I am missing some protein at the end of the day, I grab a bag. But only then. Don't want to get into the habit of snacking.
