6. Spartan Industrial || 100 Count - 11” X 14” Self Seal Clear Poly Bags with Suffocation Warning for Packaging, T Shirts & FBA (More Sizes Available) - Permanent Adhesive

    Features:
  • SPECIFICATIONS: 100 Count Bulk Pack - 11” X 14” (Width X Length) - Length Excludes Glue Flap - 1.5 Mil LDPE Clear Poly Bags Printed with Suffocation Warning. Self-Seal Feature with Permanent Adhesive.
  • EASY PEEL & SEAL: Peel away the adhesive strip to make the clear mailer bags sealable within seconds, without the need for impulse sealers or tape. These self sealing 11X14 bags make great apparel bags and are also great for packing & mailing clothes, shirts, tshirts & other clothing.
  • PERFECT FOR FBA: The bags are fully compliant with Amazon FBA’s suffocation warning & polybag requirements as well as state regulations. As they already come printed with the FBA-mandated suffocation warning, additional warning labels are not needed!
  • REDUCE THEFT & LOST PACKAGES: The adhesive on these 11 X 14 poly bags is tamper evident. This means that, once sealed, the plastic bag seal cannot be opened without incurring visible damage. Compared to reclosable zip bags or resealable cellophane cello bags, our suffocation bags are significantly more protective.
  • DURABLE & RELIABLE: Perfect for all shipping, packaging, retail, storage, and warehouse needs.

8. PaknSeal Clear 9x12 Self Seal Poly Bags, Suffocation Warning (200 Count)

    Features:
  • SELF SEAL, CLEAR POLY BAGS WITH SUFFOCATION WARNING: our 9x12 poly bags are made from 100% virgin LDPE, making them both supple and strong. These bags are crystal clear with the suffocation warning on the back side, giving your product a professional look and feel.
  • FULLY FBA COMPLIANT: these Amazon FBA-compliant poly bags are 1.5 mil (38.1 microns) thick. Additionally, our self seal bags have an industry-standard suffocation safety warning in 3 languages (English, Spanish, French) on the back side of the bag.
  • EASY TO PEEL AND SEAL: PakNSeal’s poly bags’ permanent adhesive seal is very sticky and strong. Once you peel the static free strip and seal the bag, these 9x12 polybags will remain closed. Also, the corners of PakNSeal bags are designed not to tear when you remove the strips (something that happens with cheaper bags on the market.) The white strips covering the adhesive are easy to see (when every second spent packing counts) and are non static, so they won’t stick to you.
  • DESIGNED FOR DURABILITY: these transparent poly bags are commercially rated and incredibly strong and sturdy. We use 100% virgin LDPE, making our plastic bags both strong and supple, unlike the more rigid (crinkly) cellophane, which has a cheaper feel and can tear easily.
  • TIPS FOR ORDERING THE CORRECT SIZE POLY BAG: PakNSeal self adhesive poly bags are ideal for shipping clothing, tshirts, DVDs, jewelry, party favors, hats, shirts, jackets, etc, but you’ll want to make sure you order the correct size. When trying to figure out how wide of a bag you need, simply take the width plus the thickness of your product and add ½ inch. To determine the length of the poly bag, just take the length of your product plus the width and add ½ inch. Pens not included.

This is my go-to.

600 ZIPLOCK BAGS ASSORTMENT 6 SIZES HEAVY DUTY 4MIL BAGGIES 100each CLEAR RELOC NOVELTOOLS https://www.amazon.com/dp/B011VZ2NKW/

I bought this assortment and then got more of the little ones when I ran out.

Whoever does your printing for your existing menu can do it or to make it cheaper and easier use your existing menus and put them in doorknob bags (linked below) or just use a hole punch to make a hole in the corner and attach a rubber band so you can put it on the door.

If you're in an area with foot traffic you can also spend some time outside just saying hi to people and handing them a menu. There's a lot you can do for very low cost advertising if you put your mind to it and as long as the restaurant is clean and they're making good food there's no reason the restaurant won't be a success with a bit of marketing effort.

I use these bags. And my steamer. In the steamer, I use distilled water to prevent buildup and a cap of vineager to deodorizer.

One thing that I've found that works well, as an alternative to confiscating phones (copied from another thread I posted this in). I've been using this for 2 years, and it works well.

1st offence in a period is a warning, "Put it away".

2nd one, it goes in one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Owlpack-Security-Envelopes-Shipping-Packaging/dp/B075JRRQD5/

I walk over, write the student's name on the bag in sharpie, have them put their phone in, and we seal it. The bag stays on the student's desk, so I don't have to worry about being responsible for the phone, and they are happy because it doesn't leave their posession.

My rule is any arguing, or if the bag is opened prior to the end of the hour, at that point it becomes an automatic referral / detention. They are free to open the bag at the end of the hour, with no further consequences.

Admin is 100% on board, because it reduces liability of me holding the phone / something happening, and because if they open or argue, it's clear cut insubordination.

I got these

They are self sealing and they have a suffocation warning and everything - I’ve had people leave notes saying they didn’t realize it was still in manufacturer packaging. That’s how professional they make my orders look!
