Most Sincere Warnings:
The Skinny:
Quote:
>Glycerine may be used on every part of the epidermis, including mucous membranes. When diluted to a concentration below 50%, it acts as an emollient and demulcent, finding important applications in ointments and lotions. Preparations for the most sensitive areas of the body-antiseptic, vaginal, nasal, analgesic, dermatological, and burn ointments and jellies-are commonly made of watersoluble bases compounded with glycerine. Glycerine, too, is one of the most widely used ingredients in medical prescriptions. Only water may exceed glycerine in its range of applications.
Using this information you can then calculate the concentration per dose, in accordance with your delivery system.
The standard pharma quality nasal spray bottle (e.g. 1 and 2) can hold 25ml approximately (to the beginning of the neck) but are usually commercially sold with 15ml in them. They can hold 20ml with no problems at all.
These bottles are almost universally designed to administer .1ml per push, which gives you 10 sprays per ml.
You will have to make sure how many sprays your own particular bottle delivers by doing trials before adding the active ingredient.
So usually 20ml will hold 200 sprays or "pushes".
The standard RC Market U-47700 spray carries 3mg/spray = 3mg/push = 3mg/.1ml. That is 300mg:10ml or 600mg:20ml.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND FENTS ARE ABSURDLY POTENT AND SHALL NOT BE DOSED IN THE SAME PROPORTIONS THAN U4, YOU WILL HAVE TO RESEARCH THEIR DOSES
3mg is a threshold dose of U4, so one spray will deliver threshold effects, 2 sprays will deliver common effects, and 3-4 sprays will deliver strong effects.
Source
Personally I made my first U4 Spray Bottle @ 2mg per spray, so I could be even safer to begin with. I would spray 4 times (8mg) for a full strong dose without tolerance.
Because after having redosed a couple of times spraying your nosetrils 4 or 6 times leaves you with too much drip and sniffing like you have a cold, I decided to make my next spray @4mg/spray, this way I only need one or two sprays.
I recommend you to start with a lower concentration.
TRIALS TO DETERMINE ML PER PUSH
You MUST calibrate your nasal spray bottle.
First, if you will buy an over the counter spray bottle, ensure it is the pharmaceutical grade one.
Pharmaceutical grade sprays have finger "handles" used to pull the delivery mechanism down with your Index and Middle finger, while you hold the bottom of the bottle with your Thumb.
Read the instructions of your Over The Counter nasal sprays and look for said instructions, it they mention pulling with your Index and Middle finger while holding the bottom with the Thumb, then it is the bottle you want.
If the instructions only tell you to push the bottle as needed, then it is not pharmaceutical grade. Usually the "push the belly of the bottle" sprays are meant to deliver solutions without active ingredients. When dealing with any sort of active drug the bottles call for specific pushes per hour and need consistency, they have an obviously more sophisticated mechanism:
Vulgar Nasal Spray Bottle vs Pharmaceutical Grade Nasal Spray Bottle
Once you have your Pharma Grade Nasal Spray Bottle, make the solution with the ratios I recommended above, but do not put the drugs in it yet!.
Say you will make 20ml at your desired concentration
Using proper measuring equipment (in reality you need at least a cough syrup measuring cup with graduation in milliliters) measure 10ml of Saline Solution, mix it with 8ml of Glycerine, and 2ml of Menthol/Eucalyptus Solution, mix well.
You will end with 20ml of solution, pour it into the nasal spray.
Prime the Spraying mechanism (prime means to push it until it shots a full spray) and then count how many full sprays you get out of it.
Bear in mind you will have to hold it vertically to get the very last drops out of the bottle (it helps figuring out to which side of the bottom is bent the straw of the nozzle).
You should get 198-202 sprays out of 20ml.
If you do get .1ml per spray, you are set.
MAKING THE SOLUTION
Make a new batch of 20ml of the mixture of liquids, and then add the drug.
At this point you should be using a simple kitchen beaker at least.
Pour the liquid mixture into the glass beaker, and add the powdered drug.
I have successfully dissolved 888mg of U4 into 22ml of the liquid mixture.
About 60% of the powder "melts" into the solution immediately, but there are chunks of powder that will stubbornly stay solid.
Do not shake too vigorously because chunks of powder will stick to the walls of the beaker.
Instead heat a big mug of water in the Microwave for 45 seconds, and dip the beaker into the warm/hot water for 30 seconds, then take it out and swirl it slowly for 30 seconds.
Repeat dipping the beaker into warm/hot water and slowly swirling the mixture until all the powder dissolves into the solution.
Voila!
BE ABSOLUTELY FUCKING CAREFUL, OPIOIDS ARE ADDICTIVE, HABIT FORMING, AND WHEN NASALLY ADMINISTRATED HIGHLY PRONE TO COMPULSIVE REDOSING
SHIT IS NOTHING TO PLAY WITH, HONESTLY
IF IN DOUBT AVOID THEM ALTOGETHER
IF YOU ARE 100% CERTAIN YOU CAN DIP YOUR TOES IN THE WATER, BE READY TO DROWN NONETHELESS SO BE PREPARED FOR EMERGENCIES, AND NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE DRUGS
DO NOT FUCKING MIX THEM WITH ALCOHOL OR BENZOS
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THE REACH OF CHILDREN
If you've had CCs for a while and haven't noticed an increase with your routine, I wouldn't get too caught up in evaluating each product. Could they be due to something else like hair care products?
I'm going to give some product recs for BP and retinol, but I do want to caution against going all out trying to eradicate them. Especially with a tendency towards dehydrated skin, it can be easy to tip the scales and cause overexfoliation or damage. If you do decide to try out any new actives, I'd drop the ones you have now and go suuuuper slow with introducing a new one. Keep in mind that they may not work - CCs are dumb stubborn.
>I did use the Luna oil from Sunday Riley at 1 point but after several weeks of daily use I didnโt feel like it was helping
Yeah, the Luna oil uses hydroxypinacolone retinoate - super gentle retinoid, but there isn't a lot of research backing it up yet. Given how gentle it is, if it does work it would probably take a while to notice the effects (generally retinoids like adapalene and tretinoin take 2-5 months to really start working, gentler retinoids probably take longer if they do work.)
> Is there a gentle retinoid would recommend?
A low strength retinol like 0.1% or 0.2% might work - that has more research backing it up, although like other actives it might get a bit finicky for dehydrated skin. Some recs and resources:

> Iโve never sued benzoyl peroxide .. is there somewhere I can find more info about it on this sub?
For benzoyl peroxide, we're actually in the middle of updating the sidebar and I can share what I have so far! Imo BP is hella drying so I'm not sure it's the best choice for skin prone to dehydration, but short contact therapy and using a low strength product would be a way to minimize irritation.
Effects
Side Effects
-
How to use
Before introducing benzoyl peroxide, make sure you have a regular SPF in your routine. As BP increases your skin's sensitivity to the sun, you want to make sure it's well protected first!
Since benzoyl peroxide has a relatively high irritation potential, itโs important to introduce it carefully into your routine. Avoid using BP in a routine with too many other potentially irritating ingredients (BHAs, AHAs, retinoids, etc.) and above all, listen to your skin!
Start by using the product twice a week, then slowly increase the frequency based on how your skin feels. If you experience irritation, cut down on how often you use it. You may end up using benzoyl peroxide only once or twice a week, and thatโs totally okay!
If BP is bleaching something it shouldn't, you may want to consider using a benzoyl peroxide cleanser, using short contact therapy, and/or purchasing benzoyl peroxide resistant pillowcases, towels, etc.
How to reduce irritation
Benzoyl peroxide can be pretty drying! Some ways to combat dryness and irritation include:
Routine order
Benzoyl peroxide usually comes early on in your routine - either as a cleanser or rinse-off product, or right after cleansing. Both leave-on products and wash-off products are common for benzoyl peroxide.

The best thing you can do is find a rescue -- usually your local wildlife shelter will have a list of "squirrel fosters", who are private citizens who will take in squirrels to rehab.
In the meantime, there are two BIG issues: heat, hydration.
People immediately think "food", but they will die of dehydration much faster than starvation. If they fell from their mom's nest and haven't been rescued, they may have been without hydration for some time.
Go to your local grocery store. In the "baby" section they will have a product called "Pedialyte". Pedialyte is an electrolyte replacement for babies with diarhea, and it is excellent for rehydrating. Get the unflavored version. Warm it up(TEST the heat; do not give them accidentally boiled liquid), and feed it to them with a syringe, or a dropper if you can't get a syringe.
Try to give them some more hydration every hour to two hours, for the first several "feedings." Digestion is dehydrating -- giving them food immediately can be fatal.
They need to be kept in a warm place. A box with towels and a heating pad or hot water bottle underneath will do(I know this link won't help you right now, but this heating pad on Amazon is a lifesaver if you look after orphaned animals. It is the only heating pad I know off that doesn't FREAKING TURN ITSELF OFF as a safety measure. This has been indispensable for me, looking after kittens, as I need it to stay on a low setting constantly, to keep their body heat up). Don't place them directly on a heating pad or hot water bottle. Again, you're looking for WARM, not HOT. Always err on the side of slightly less warm than you would think. You'd be surprised how much a space warms up when you leave a pad under a couple of towels.
For food, once you have them hydrated, they will take puppy formula(Esbilac).
Honestly, just read this: Baby Squirrel Care.
Also, don't underestimate a good local vet. While most vets are not at all wildlife care experts, you'd be surprised what animal lovers will do to save a life. They may also have contacts for people who can help you.
The majority of people who rescue squirrels, possums and raccoons -- "nuisance" animals -- are not officials with the wildlife service, or officially sanctioned rehab centers. They are almost always private citizens who became backdoor experts because some infant animal landed on their doorstep and they had to work it out. Wildlife centers and vets often know these individuals, and will make use of them as a foster home, as the centers usually have their hands full dealing with endangered and higher priority animals.
Hi, I would definitely advise you to stop using antibiotics to treat UTIs. The reason is simple. Yes with the use of antibiotics, you are going to get better. But and a big BUT what happens when it recurs? And it will eventually. People tend to take another round of antibiotics and another without realizing the dangers you are exposing yourself to by taking all those antibiotics.
Try going the natural way. By this I mean manage a healthy lifestyle:

Try doing the things I advised and avoid those that I mentioned. Eat healthy food, vegetables, fruits and I guarantee, you will not be needing any antibiotics of any kind
For the spray you just need an empty bottle. This is the exact pack of bottles I got. They're really good, and it's only like 8 bucks for a 3 pack. The same company sells an amber glass version if you want that instead.
For saline you can do a few things, I had some left over from a medical use I had in the past. I also made some of my own after that that works really well. You could probably find some and buy it if you want, but I recommend making your own. Here's how:
Use distilled water (you can use tap water but make sure to boil it and let it cool before using it). Also use non iodized salt: sea salt, kosher, or table salt, it's all the same as long as it's not iodized because that'll dry your nose from what I read. Once you've got those 2 things, add a cup of water and a 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (adjust amounts if you want, this will give you a lot left over). I don't know the purpose of the baking soda but every guide I saw said to use it. Once you got that, then you can make the solution, with either a syringe or beaker to measure the saline accurately and a scale to measure the 4f-mph accurately.
I tried to provide as much info as I could so you don't have to search around. Let me know if you need anything else, I'll do my best. Good luck! This is a great chem and using the nasal spray is my favorite by far.
For PP care (uncomplicated vaginal birth, 1st degree tear) I used Depends Adult Diapers (maybe 20? Had a few left over), Dermoplast (the blue can!!!), Tucks Pads, and made padsicles (20ish) before hand (extra large maxi pads, alo vera gel, alcohol free witch hazel, a spattering of tea tree oil, pop in freezer). Hands down would recommend. My hospital didn't send me home with any supplies so I'm glad I went ahead and got some "just in case" items before hand. The adult diapers were pretty much like wearing comfy granny panties, not at all "diaper feeling" like I thought they'd be, and I could pop a padsicle in every few hours easy peasy without worrying about ruining underpants or leaking everywhere. Once the Depends needed to be changed out I'd just trash the whole thing and start fresh. No clean up - 10/10.
Pricing everything out I've listed (lazily) on Amazon my "kit" would be around $80, but you can find these things for much cheaper in CVS or your local drug store. Looking at the quantities included in your kit I'm thinking you'd have to buy additional products anyway (more pads for sure, more briefs most likely, and I'm not sure how easy it is to clean the compresses but the padsicles are awesome and disposable, major plus in my book). I'm not sure it's as great a kit as it looks at first glance.
ETA - I didn't need these for PP care but I do love having chux for the kiddo. I have a few in the diaper bag and lay them on nasty public changing tables before I lay down his changing pad for an extra layer of protection (and so I don't drag a dirty pad back into the diaper bag).
Mineral oil breaks me out personally (I'm in a tiny minority, it works for p much everyone else haha so don't worry too much), but when I used it I just bought any baby oil that was unfragranced (just has one ingredient on the back - paraffinum liquidum aka mineral oil). Johnson's does one called 'First Touch'. You can use regular fragranced mineral oil if your skin isn't sensitive.
Hemp oil wise, just buy any cold-pressed 100% hemp seed/hemp oil off Amazon. This would be a decent example http://www.amazon.co.uk/Nutiva-Organic-Hempseed-Oil-710ml/dp/B000GAO91K. :)
There's two formulas for Nivea creme, one that's made in Mexico (and available in the US) and one that's made in Germany (and available in Europe and the UK). The German formula is meant to be far superior, but if it's too difficult to get a hold of I wouldn't worry at all, they're both super moisturising. Be aware, though, they are SUPER thick. Like, it feels almost like nappy rash cream when you put it on your face, haha. You just have to rub it in for a couple minutes.
I don't have info about the damage you may have done, but I had chronic nosebleeds as a child, resulting in the need for 3 separate cauterizations, and because of this I have to take very good care of my nose or risk getting a nosebleed at unfortunate times (though it is usually in the morning)
The best advice I can give is to get yourself a Neti Pot and clean out your clogged nostrils. Also I highly recommend using the healing ointment Aquaphor just make sure you aren't allergic. I put a little aquaphor in each nostril every night before bed, and haven't gotten any nosebleeds in over a year.
Change in weather (dry air) also makes my nose dry and more likely to bleed so a humidifier is always an option. Sorry this isn't directly drug related, but I think incorporating these things into your daily routine could be helpful regardless :)
I insufflate varieties of drugs from time to time, and even with my susceptible nose, I attribute my cleanly nose practices to my lack of nosebleeds.
Hopefully this saved you a trip to the doctor's! If these don't work, perhaps an ENT specialist would be your best option.
**Skin type and skin concerns:**
Main concerns: Dryness, acne (cystic and general acne all over chin and cheeks), and splotchy discoloration all over my face (my dermatologist said it was melasma). My skin is consistently congested and breaking out, yet my entire face is sensitive, dull, itchy and flakey. After years of reading tips here, I've finally gotten to the point where redness and the majority of flaking is gone and products don't burn when they touch me, but my skin remains dull and feels tight.

While the products I've selected are relatively affordable, they add up. Plus I'm worried I'm doing more damage than good by overwhelming my skin with all these product. Mostly though, I'm so jealous of all your minimalist routines I see on here, and I want to create one that would work for me. I don't know where to start. What are your thoughts?

**Daily behaviors possibly impacting skin:**
My diet is crap. While I don't eat a lot of processed food, I eat too much sugar, too much oily and fatty foods, too much red meat and not enough vegetables. Because of my family, it's going to be difficult to make adjustments, and honestly I'm not sure where to start. Caffeine consumption is pretty high, while I only have the occasional coffee, I drink a TON of green tea and oolong tea. Water intake is fair, and I usually refill my 32oz water bottle 2 times a day (yes, I have to run to the bathroom at least every 30 minutes). I pretty much stopped wearing makeup a little over a year ago, now I only wear for special occasions and the occasional eye liner.
no definitely not confusing. I used to take medication and it was the same for me. Lack of appetite and felt like compete shit after and a little bit during as well. like i felt off during. but i say get a lower dose and try using caffeine itโs a natural stimulant that may or may not help. Youโll probably need a lot. like. a lot. but could work definitely has helped w me and if it makes you tired donโt be surprised itโs kinda weird w adhd my exโs dad told me how itโs the opposite in the brain bc ADHD ppl take meds to calm them down where as if other ppl take them itโll do nothing or hype em up. If others drink coffee they get jittery and we chill tf out. but in summary that dosage is very high and could be too strong. if you wanna make the most of it I say get a pill splitter like this one https://www.amazon.com/Apex-Ultra-Pill-Cutter-Retracting/dp/B000EGKTGK and take 20 mg in the morning and 20 at lunch or something. and tell guardian how you think itโs too strong. best of luck.
Assuming you don't have access to a doctor try drinking cranberry juice. It is acidic and will make it harder for the bacteria to survive. But try to get 100% cranberry juice not the more popular version that has like 27%. It may be bitter but it's more effective. Also I used these pills and they definitely helped. They are better at preventing a UTI than treating it though. Take them like a half hour before sex or sounding and it should prevent or lessen the UTI. Harmony D-Mannose - Urinary Tract UT Cleanse https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016CCG256/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_z8wPDbHNP29V3
But going to the doctor is the best because a UTI can spread into you kidneys and become serious if left untreated. But I have found it also depends how you get the UTI. If it's from normal sex instead of sounding you may have more time to try home remedies before it advances into the kidneys. Also sometimes you only get a minor infection and the home remedies will be enough but if you get a fever it's advanced and you should get antibiotics.
hey there, now the problem with antibiotics is that if the UTI recurs, like you said you are going to be put on another set of antibiotics. The risk with this is quite high for your health. I would advice you to try natural remedies. I am going to give you some tips that will help when you have a UTI and to prevent new ones.

These are some tips from me, I hope you find them useful
I don't take a capsule. I take this kind, but I chose it because it had good reviews. I wanted something cold pressed and unrefined.
I was just looking in the mirror and I noticed that my skin does look better. Now, I've been outside in the sun a lot and that always makes my skin look better (with sunscreen and a hat) and I've also been eating really well, which also makes my skin look really good, so I don't know for sure what it is, but I'm hopeful this is adding to it.
Comments:
Proscar itself is used for BHP treatment, but it's LITERALLY exactly what Propecia is, but in 5x the dose. It wouldn't be fradulent to obtain it and use it at a propecia dose to treat hairloss.
Don't crush the pills. Use a pill cutter and cut them into 4ths. I use that exact same kind/brand, and it works great.
Pregnant women should not handle crushed/cut pills, so make sure your wife/girlfriend doesn't touch them. I am married, and my wife knows that she's not to touch them. I keep the quarter pill INSIDE the pill cutter so that it doesn't accidentally get touched or anything. Also, the reason that they shouldn't touch them is that it can get absorbed through the skin, and could mess with the development of a male fetus. HOWEVER, the tests that were done on monkeys found that it would take approx 20mg (or 200x the propecia dose) for there to actually be problems. There's no way anyone's going to accidentally take 20 pills. But the fact that, even though it takes an EXTREMELY HIGH does, that warning has to be put on the label.
Questions:
You said you recently discovered the potential Gyno side effect. Did you notice the tenderness in your nipples before, or after you found out about the side effect? If you found out about it and THEN noticed something, then I wouldn't worry about it too much yet. Why not? Well, because you really had no reason to pay attention to how your nipples felt before. Do you REALLY know how they feel every day? Now you have it on your mind, so you're going to be HYPER aware of it. Think of it like this...normally (I assume) you go about your day not really worrying about your wallet. But if I told you "Hey, today someone's going to try to steal your wallet" you'd CONSTANTLY be thinking about it and aware of it. You'd notice every time someone brushed up against you while you were walking down the street, and you'd feel for your wallet 1000 times that day to make sure it was still there.
I really hope I don't come across as preachy...but have you thought about bringing that body fat down? I also speak from experience. I was at 19.6% BF at one point, but I lost 30lbs then put back on muscle. Just my overall life has improved from it, and it's in my top 3 best things I've ever done in my life (Marriage, and Propecia being the other 2!). If you are interested, I can give you advice on that too.
Summary:
Good for you for doing something about your loss, and thanks for the update!
Ok I don't know which comment to reply to, because everyone has the same issue, but here's what worked awesome for me!
Pill Bottle Timer Cap
I mean all it does is start a timer every time it's been opened. The cool guy top doesn't fit my Rx bottles, but they come with a bottle that fits it anyways. It's honestly super dope. I once took a double dose of Adderall because I forgot that I'd just taken it mere moments before. Yikes. never again.
I got mine over a year ago, and the time has just started to fade. But apparently you can replace it with just a regular ol' watch battery.
You'll need a large plastic bin, egg crates or toilet paper/paper towel rolls for the roaches to cling to, and a heating pad that doesn't have auto shutoff (I buy mine through amazon, if you get one locally be aware that the ones without auto shutoff from this brand have a switch not a button). The heating pad is sort of optional--the roaches won't breed as quickly but they won't die without the heat if you can't find one. You'll also need a screened vent at the top for air exchange.
For the screen, I used hot glue and regular (vinyl?) window screening. If you don't have a hot glue gun a silicone adhesive would probably also work. If your bin is soft plastic, you can cut through the top with a razor knife. However, if your bin is a harder plastic like the sterilite gasket bins, you might want to use a rotary tool to prevent cracking.
If you're concerned about escapes, get a sterilite gasket bin, add a vaseline barrier around the top of the bin to prevent escapes, and use metal screening.
I also recommend a temperature/humidity meter like this one. You can get them really cheap on ebay if you don't mind the temp being in Celsius. You'll find a lot of this style at similar prices from Chinese vendors. If you get another one, double check to see if it includes the lithium battery before you buy it.
As for the roaches, I got my original colony cheap from eBay. You can also find them on Craigslist or the Allpet roach forum sometimes. Or if you're an Ovogram member people will offer small nymphs for free from time to time.
Even though you might think it feels better at the moment, you DO NOT want to dry your skin out. I think you will be very happy with the results of using some benzoyl peroxide (not the same thing as hydrogen peroxide) and a oil free moisturizer.
This is what i use
And this
A little goes a long way with both of these products. They will keep your skins Ph levels normal and the moisturizer will keep your skin from drying out.

I love a good ice pack.. It's what use, very cold but doesn't stay cold that long.
Maybe a wedge pillow?.
I waste most of my in-bed time either reading, watching tv/movies or playing Xbox. I don't have a good network to make Facebook worthwhile so I find it hinders more than helps. Best of luck to you both
No worries, I know how topamax goes. Get some sleep and totally message me if you want tomorrow (either in this thread or a PM). I genuinely am worried about everyone on here and would love to help/be someone for you to talk to who can empathize. I truly think that being able to talk to someone who at least partially understands is really important.
I love freezy head things. My favorites are these black ones and I have this "helmet/hood" that I love sometimes. Depends on my mood (usually I just want the eyemask, but there have been times I've rocked both.
I keep 3-4 eyemasks around at a time so I can keep some cooling. They only stay cool ~20 minutes (I flip them over as they start to warm) so having a few cooling is good if I'm really bad and need to rotate. I find the hood stays cool longer (and that brand does make a normal eye mask that isn't bad, I just like the black ones better personally).
Sleep well!
Details, because I forgot!
I've been using this about a week now and I love it. I may be ditching my GoW HA serum for it, in fact. I found it in Ulta and while the ingredient list is not identical to the classic Hada Labo Super HA Moisturizing Lotion, it's close and doesn't break me out. It leaves my skin incredibly supple and "bouncy." No breakouts from it thusfar either -- just my usual PMS breakouts.
Probably the most interesting of the three, I am hella excited about this one after reading Skin and Tonic's review. All the ingredients (listed on the blog) look pretty acne-friendly too -- a huge plus for my troubled skin.
I almost considered just ordering a bottle of aloe gel on GoW, but I decided to try the Benton gel since the same eBay seller that had the samples of the Essence had the Aloe samples as well. It also contains great skin ingredients, which you can find over at Skin and Tonic's blog.
I will probably be trying the Aloe first since I'm entering sharkweek and know that it means zits galore (already have 3 -- 2 of which are tiny, 1 of which is refusing to close up shop and GTFO). I'll keep the sub updated!
Edit: Also, much to /u/yvva's chagrin (most likely), I also ordered the Baiden Mitten. It has a 60 day return time, so I figured "why not?" My Salux is wearing down and conventional scrubs don't really cut it for my dry skin. I'll definitely post a review of this when it comes in, since I've tried a lot for my KP and dry skin.
The BPA free is an excellent idea. Ours that we've been using aren't, and now I kind of want to get new ones! I googled and found this one which would be nice because it has an AM and PM side!
ETA This one is super cool too!! And you can take off each day to throw in your purse if you need to. I think I may order one of these now haha. (another edit--nevermind, this one is quite expensive!)
nope, if you do a sour mash it only takes a few extra days.
nice part about sours are that you don't have to worry too much about sterilizing the fruit. i usually just freeze them and then put them right into the secondary. bigger fruit i just chop up first and freeze them.
if you actually decide to do it this heat pad works great because it doesn't auto shut off and keeps a 6 gallon bucket at around 110-120 consistently - http://www.amazon.com/Sunbeam-732-500-King-Heating-UltraHeatTechnology/dp/B000FGDDI0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1398275216&sr=8-1&keywords=heat+pad
Empties:
Purchases
TL;DR: I'm sorry this is so long. I buy and try a lot of things.
I hired a running coach for training because I am more likely to succeed if held to it. So, I don't have documentation to share. However, here is a list of the exercises we did during "off days". You can type these into youtube and find numerous videos. (She even had me watch the videos when doing them on my own to ensure good form)
And here is a link to the ice packs I swear by
Also, if you have the budget for a luxury item, I'd strongly suggest these leg massage compression boots. The ones pro-athletes use cost like $1000 so to me these were a bargain. Or you can steal them from your grandma for some real cost-savings. After every run, I would ice and then slip on these boots. It really, really helps recovery until you start to build strength and feel less sore.

I would suggest using the following nasal sprayers:
http://www.amazon.com/Pharma-quality-Nasal-Pump-Sprayers-3-pack/dp/B00H0LBEGQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1453150984&sr=8-3&keywords=snoot+sprayer
They are convenient and work well in the context of a research lab.
U-4 is generally caustic and will damage mucous membranes if applied directly as a dry powder, tantamount to animal cruelty. A 0.9% wt NaCl solution is suggested for dissolving the U-4. Solubility will be roughly 20 mg U-4 per gm of Saline solution used. I would suggest aiming for 15 mg U-4/mL however, to prevent precipitation of the compound at colder temps and to prevent clogging the sprayer. The aforementioned nasal sprayers deliver approximately 0.1gm of solution per spray, equating to approximately 2 mg per spray for a 20mg/gm saturated solution.
The best salt for making up the saline solution is Morton's non-iodized salt, finely granulated and free flowing. Make sure to keep the salt stored in a dry place to prevent clumping via moisture absorption. I suggest doing everything gravimetrically instead of volumetrically, due to ease of use and higher accuracies obtainable. Use a mg scale to weigh the U4, and operate in the higher ranges of it's scale (for instance, weigh out 100-400 mg of U4 at a time and make 5-20 gm of solution at a time or more, at 20 mg/gm saturation). Use a common 200 gm capacity 0.1 gm resolution scale for weighing out the liquid solution. Each spray, at 20 mg/gm solution, will deliver 2 mg of U-4. Always test it out with 1 spray at first, you don't want to kill off your animals because someone sent you the wrong thing. Make sure to wait at least 2 hours after the first test before continuing. When using the saline solution, it shouldn't damage mucous membranes, even after weeks of testing. All of this information is for the hydrochloride salt.
I also suggest using amber glass bottles to store, to both prevent bacterial growth and promote compound stability. If you see stringy substances in the solution after a while, throw it out. Bacterial lung infections are not worth the cost. I also advise against using propylene glycol as a co-solvent for the same reason, to prevent bacterial growth. PG is a sugar, and bacterial will grow on it. Ethanol (190 proof in the US) is a good solvent, but is very harsh on mucous membranes. Store unused compound for up to two weeks in the fridge. If you need to store it for longer, loosen the cap on the bottle and freeze it. Re-tighten the cap after freezing. When you are ready to use, loosen the cap, and let the bottle thaw at room temp, and make sure the substance fully redissolves.
I would also suggest against using heat to get it into solution, as it will just eventually precipitate, and you will damage your equipment. If you want to fix the nasal sprayer, run straight D/I water through it until the clog resolves. Do not do testing on a daily basis, eventually life will lose meaning for your animals.
UTI queen here. I usually get 1-2 per month, typically because of a wide range of reasons. Most notably I get them after sex.
All of the things people mentioned already (pee after sex, drink water, avoid this and that, etc.), while beneficial, never did anything but make me stress about UTIs even more. If youโre like me, youโve accepted that youโre more prone to them no matter what you do, so the most important thing is killing them without turning to antibiotics. (Taking antibiotics that frequently was concerning my gyno because of the possibility of developing antibiotic resistance.)
So now whenever I feel a UTI coming on, or when I wake up in the throes of one, I take high concentration d-mannose pills. You can find them anywhere. I get mine from Amazon. Iโve tried two brands: one and two
I tried #1 first and they worked beautifully! But I switched to #2 because you get more for your money. But I might switch back because #1 is slightly faster-acting. Youโre supposed to take them as daily supplementsโI donโt cause I get lazy, but they work just as well as emergency meds. I donโt even have to take those AZO pills that make your pee orange (unless itโs a particularly strong infection).
I havenโt had to touch an antibiotic since and my gyno says Iโm completely healthy. (I also suck at drinking water.) Good luck!
EDIT: As for yeast infections, I got tired of dropping money on Monistat, so I take a Boric Acid suppository once a week or, when I get one, everyday until itโs gone. For general maintenance, I use Summerโs Eve Aloe Love Cleansing Wash, though I donโt know if that actually does anything. At the very least, itโs not harmful and claims to balance your PH.
Hi! These are the capsules I use! I buy Himalayan sea salt from ShopRite, since it is healthier than regular salt and full of minerals, and I pour it into a bowl. I then open up the capsules and just fill them with salt! How many I need per day depends on how much I am doing - or how much heat I am exposed to - but they are extremely helpful on the go. I bring them around in a little container in my purse. I also do the same thing with sodium ascorbate vitamin C - which is a natural mast cell stabilizer! Also - if any of you are struggling with anxiety from POTS, or low energy, I honestly cannot recommend magnesium malate enough. Please check with your doctor and titrate up slowly because magnesium can lower blood pressure, but this article explains how low blood pressure can actually be a result of a long-standing magnesium deficiency. I highly encourage you all to check out magnesium. It has been shown to have interaction with the benzodiazepine receptor. I also have found pharma gaba to be very helpful in a pinch for anxiety - but take caution as this one can really lower blood pressure. TINY amounts can be extremely helpful in anxiety-provoking situations. If any of you have anymore questions, please feel free to send me a message. I have done extensive research on all of this! :)
I haven't thrown up yet either, but for peace of mind I bought these and have them stashed in various places: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0051AZZCM I figured they don't go bad so they'll be useful eventually! :)
I swear by a Neti Pot.
It feels a little weird at first, but it's the best thing to get all that gunk that accumulates over the weekend out of your nasal cavity. I do it every night during the festival and after it. Something like this one on Amazon will do just fine.
This is the same RoA I've been using for hex to save my nose.
Tek
And you're finished! Each metered Snoot! spray constitutes to 0.1ml or 10mg of hexen.
my heating pad is a Sunbeam... same kind of heating pad you might use to soothe a pain in your back or shoulder.
This isn't the same model but it looks pretty much the same
Sorry, don't have a camera at the moment. If interest in this post persists I'll post a pic.
I can describe it i think... take a towel, fold it in half, then half again. place the heating pad on top of the towel. Roll the towel and heating pad up (like a cinnamon roll). Place the roll into a pot and allow it to unroll, leaving an open space in the center.
This is the glass cylinder jar I use.. the tallest in this pic. Place that in the center.
should I try to clarify more?
I experimented with water first, to make sure I could maintain the 110-120 degrees required. I use a probe thermometer to keep watch on the process.
I just wanted to share this brand I use, as I prefer them over the standard blue ones from the hospital. I use these ones because they are a lot thinner and fit better in a purse! They also have a 2 drawstring mechanism to tie it shut and avoid messes. The best part is thereโs like an absorbent pad inside the bag that turns all liquids into a gel so that it does not smell. Super great if you are wanting to be a little more discreet!!
Carebag Vomit Bag with Super Absorbent Pad (Box of 20 Bags) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0051AZZCM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YtVYDbWWC4BEG
I'm not sure if you can get your hands on these things in Europe, but Cetaphil works great as your cleanser. Also, this stuff is pretty much the same as the BP you get from the regimen. For a moisturizer, I would recommend Cerave in the tub or Cetaphil for a runnier lotion, to which you can add a few drops of jojoba oil (you can purchase it on ebay), assuming you're not sensitive to fatty alcohols.
I am not even kidding, plain old saline spray. You can just keep using it, and it will clear everything right out. I actually have a Netti pot, and it's kinda crazy, but damn does it work well! I have not been congested since I got it. As soon as I feel some congestion coming on I use it in the morning and in the evening, then i keep a small spray of Saline with me in my purse to use during the day.
Also stay hydrated, you'd be surprised at what a huge difference it makes.
I explained this to my dr and she said she wished more people would do this, because it's more effective, and less harmful than other medicinal solutions.
It only has two slots, but I really like this case due to the volume it holds. I take my pills in really only two main times anyway (morning and lunch) but a lot of them are LARGE pills, so this holds them all really well. I waffled for a while because the cost on it is crazy, but I've had it for a year and its been great. I also like that the days come off individually, so you can re-arrange them, or take just a day or two with you when going somewhere. It's easy to load, and then I dump the relevant pills into a cute little dish each day to take them.
Then I use a regular small, 7-section pill holder for my bedtime pills that was one I rejected for my main daily pill holder because it was too small for everything.
I'm passing on this NYE, as well. I'd much rather be with my friends that night.
It's a little late to recommend vomit bags, but CareBags are among the best: they have a draw string to close and keep the stench out and an absorption pad built in.
Also, if you're taking care of drunks- while it might not get you any additional tips- water and something for them to munch might help them stay somewhat coherent.
There is a thing called a Finger Toothbrush, they make them for babies and for pets. Lots of different sizes and bristle arrangements, I don't have a specific one to recommend. The tiniest one I found is actually an antique in a museum, but look around.
I also found this: Scope Outlast mini brush.
And a similar product from Colgate.
To make whatever you find keychain friendly, look for pill boxes or toothpick holders or "stash" holders (no link!!) that are keychains. You'll have to figure out what size each thing is and whether your brushy things will fit, but you should be able to find something that will work. You could put a shot of mouthwash into one of these cases.
I found all these when I was looking for a keychain container to hold a USB-C to micro-USB adapter that is 2.5x1.0x0.5cm, so if you see something that would work for that as you are searching, let me know :-)
Similar to that design, just got my cat this one and it's really nice. Prior to the bed, he would lie on this heating pad.
I'm trying to combine the two right now. The cat cave has a thick, plushy cushion so the pad doesn't work under it, and the pad's kind of stiff so no good on top of it. I used safety pins to secure the heating pad cover across the inside top of it, which seems to be working well. It's like a cozy low-temp oven inside!
Ugh! Iโm sorry. It is probably worth checking in with your OB and see if there is anything else they can do to help you. Maybe chewing gum or peppermints? Or I found it helpful to carry around something that smelt like peppermint (cheap essential oils), sometimes that made me โforgetโ the gagging.
I recommend these sick bags though (not that that is super helpful):
Carebag Medical Grade Vomit Bag with Super Absorbent Pad, 20 Count - Disposable Emesis Bags for the car, RideShare, Uber & Lyft - Includes 20 Absorbent Morning Sickness Bags https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0051AZZCM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XuGWCb1NY0STZ
You do need a prescription, but I've never heard of anyone being denied. I just asked my regular doctor, who I'd never met before, at a physical and he wrote the prescription instantly, knew exactly what I was talking about. That was years ago, never had to go back in.
So, it's sort of complicated, but like I said, Finasteride is the name of the drug itself, Propecia is the name brand most people know it as (like how Advil is actually the drug Ibuprofen). Finsateride was originally invented as a drug to reduce prostate size in men with enlarged prostates, I believe, and when they started using it they noticed all these old guys were regrowing hair, so they resold the same drug as a hair pill.
Propecia is really expensive, at least $1200 a year, possibly more. Propecia is a pill that is a 1mg dose of Finasteride. However, you can get prescribed the generic version of just plain Finasteride in a higher 5mg per pill dose, that is supposed to be for prostates. Then you use a pill cutter (I got this one on Amazon for $4) to cut the pills into 1/4th. So then it is a 1.25mg dose (my doctor said the 0.25mg extra is not important enough to care about).
I live in California, and with no insurance mine costs $9 for 30 pills. Cut each pill into 4 doses. That's 120 days for $9, and 3 bottles will get you through a whole year. So $27 a year. Same exact drug, you do just a tiny bit of work (cutting the pills is honestly kind of satisfying to me) and it's 7 cents a pill instead of $3 or 4 per pill.
Note that the pill doesn't work for everyone. I know people who had a great regrowth of their hair, and some who it didn't work at all for. But it works for most I think. For me, it just froze my hairloss right were it was, but no significant regrowth. I was going bald fast at 25, so this was a godsend. I just wish I'd gotten on it sooner.
Most people suggest you do it in conjunction with Rogiane and a Ketoconazole shampoo. Those two plus Fin are called The Big Three. For more info check out /r/tressless, which is a sub just about hairloss.
I messed with the breast pump, it was daunting at first but easier than I thought it would be! Car seat and stroller are out of boxes and assembled, that's all I got ๐คฃ. I need to get the padcicles from Amazon. They're already prepared for you, just need to freeze!

Keto + baiden mitten + oil cleansing method + gelatin = best skin of my LIFE.
I had horrible acne from puberty right until . . . earlier this year, mid-thirties. Medication did little. Extra strength Proactiv kept things at bay, but is pricey and bleached all my shirts and sheets. Getting rid of carbs cleared my face right up! I was shocked! But it's so nice to be able to have smooth skin for once in my adult life!!! And the rest of me is super soft :)
Your situation sounds a lot like mine. My pain and fatigue has been diagnosed as fibro by a neurologists, 2 rheumatologists, and a pain management specialist, but I'm still not 100% convinced.
>Doc said since they can not find the issue, it must be Fibro.
This is the problem. My neurologist says that what we can fibromyalgia is probably multiple conditions that just aren't adequately understood yet. More mainstream doctors see fibro as a diagnosis by exclusion, where they rule out each of the more likely conditions and what's left must be fibro. This makes fibro something of a trashcan diagnosis. It also leads to the problem of when do you stop looking for alternative explanations?
In your case, consider seeing a neurologist. With a simple nerve conduction study/EMG, they can rule out a lot of insidious problems.
Maybe see a rheumatologist too. They can do a more complete workup based on blood tests, many of which can be rather obscure. There are, however, some rheumatologist who either don't believe fibromyalgia is real or simply won't treat it.
Also, be sure that the easy stuff isn't overlooked like Vitamins B-12, C, and D as well as iron/ferritin, testosterone, cortisol, and thyroid function. Get evaluated for sleep apnea and tested for Lyme disease too. All of these things can be done by your primary GP doc.
>Any advice on Pain relief
I'm far from an expert on this. It seems that most of us with fibro find some combination that works for each of us. The academics tell us that true opioids don't work for fibro, but there seem to be a lot of fibro folks who disagree. For me, the combination of Lyrica, tramadol (synthetic opioid), and Tylenol works ok, cutting the pain in half. Also, there are 2 versions of tramadol: the immediate release version that lasts 4-6 hours and the extended release that lasts 12 hours. For me, it helps to have the ER version for the baseline pain plus the IR version to deal with spikes. There is some science to support the effectiveness of tramadol to treat fibro and that Tylenol can potentiate the tramadol.
I try to keep a "fibro toolkit" with a few things that help a bit with the pain, but also put me in control. Maybe some of these could help you too:
Here is what I take, I would certainly recommend them, and if it's your first time you must do an allergy test! This involves taking a small dose beforehand to make sure you don't have a rare dangerous enzyme deficiency. After you perform that safety test, I would recommend 200-250mg combined with a ton of Cannabis. Each bottle has 300mg total.
Robitussin Cough Gels
I agree with the other comments that you should really work on getting the temperature up in your house in general.
Aside from that, I have heated pads that my cats love to sleep on. I've had them for over four years now and they're still working great! You just have to make sure you set them on low only, as the medium and high settings get too hot to handle for more than a few minutes at a time.
>all of which any child can buy no questions asked.
In many states, you have to be 18 to buy cough syrup w/ DXM or any pseudoephedrine. And in certain states, you cannot buy more than x-amount of pseudoephedrine per month without a red flag going off^+. The other products, yes; but the sale of cough/cold medicine is typically watched closely just for this reason (and so that meth-heads can't buy tons of the stuff at a time). And I feel like if a ten-year-old went into NAPA and bought a bunch of ether (or even spray paint, for that matter), some questions would be asked.
^+ Edit: I was curious so I did a little research. Turns out pseudoephedrine is strictly regulated by the FDA and must be sold 'behind-the-counter' always (except for those tiny little 2-tablet pouches they sell at gas stations). Sales must also be recorded to prevent someone from buying tons of the stuff at a time. AFAIK, DXM is largely unregulated, though most of the popular stores (Safeway, Walgreens, Kroger), from my experience, require ID for any sort of cough/cold medicine purchase, regardless of its drug content.
*Edit2: But you can buy DXM off of fucking Amazon. So, yea, I feel your point still stands.
There are a lot of things you can use. Some people like the glove type scrubby things you can get at many drugstores. I heard about the baiden mitten on here and got it on amazon. It's kind of expensive, I've also seen on this board that there is another similar material that is less expensive but I'm not sure what it is.
Price aside, I think the thing is amazing. You really need to soak your skin, then let it get dry or nearly dry of and just rub. The dead skin does literally roll off. It takes a long time for the bumps to go away- I was bad and sometimes picked to pull out any hair and speed up the process. Using it feels amazing and exfoliating in general makes your skin feel so smooth. I totally recommend it.

When you've finished the Persa-Gel, I recommend this 2.5% BP. It's a much better value ounce for ounce. Also, 2.5% is just as effective at killing bacteria as 5% and 10% but it won't irritate you nearly as much.
Good luck!
Yes. On amazon they sell nasal spray pumps in sets.

You take a shotglass and empty all of your u-47700 into it. Then fill your empty nasal spray bottle with distilled water and then slowly mix into the shotglass and use a tooth pick to stir and stir until all is dissolved. Then add a sprinkle of salt, like 2-3 shakes depending on salt shaker size. Then pour WITH CARE into the spray bottle and enjoy
i would love to have one of these, especially because of my seasonal allergies and my horrible migraines from stress and tension headaches from a car accident. i love cats... so, i don't know if that would help. i also love anything pink.

uhhh, also meow and congratulations on the etsy shop!!!
Place the cage on top of a heating pad (set on LOW heat), the warmth will radiate up to warm the bedding. Make sure the cage has LOTS of bedding for them to burrow in for warmth. Put the heating pad under 1/2 of the cage, so that if it gets too warm they can move to the other side to cool down.

I've had an issue with eye dryness for quite a bit. My eyes don't produce enough tears to keep my eyes moist enough for my contacts to be comfortable and sharp and if I use re-wetting drops, its a few times an hour to keep them optimal.
I recently bought one of these to do warm eye compresses and hopefully I'll notice the changes soon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FHZNQE/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687462&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B004385RPS&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0XGBCXJ8792FGQ3XNJBR
Apparently by doing this daily, it helps your eye release the tears that are "hiding" in there
If you look for "reusable hand warmers" you should find some, like these. On sciency sites like ThinkGeek, you might see them called exothermic crystallization warmers.
They're the bee's fuckin' knees :) Super thin "paper" made of tapioca flour. You can get disks which you fold yourself or the pre-made little pouches... the pouches cost more but I'm super lazy so the extra cost is fine by me (you get 50 for $7 so it's not like OMG crazy outrageous). I get them on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/Pip-Oblate-Bag-Type-Japanese/dp/B000FQOFLO - you can find the discs from the suggested items on that link if you prefer.
I've been using https://www.amazon.com/Pip-Oblate-Bag-Type-Japanese/dp/B000FQOFLO/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=oblate%2Bpouches&qid=1566578209&s=gateway&sr=8-1&th=1 to take my noots. Fits waaaay more than a capsule, and once you get the hang of folding the rice paper it's super quick and easy, never breaks, fits 4 grams of powder comfortably.
I like to use these reusable hot packs when I need some heat quickly. They hold heat pretty well. I haven't used them on a face, but I'd suspect that if they were wrapped in a microfiber washcloth, they'd feel pretty nice.
I recommend these bags: https://www.amazon.com/Carebag-Medical-Grade-Vomit-Absorbent/dp/B0051AZZCM
Honestly, I recommend them even for people without IBD. Throw a towel, extra baby wipes, some tissues, a black trash bag, a couple of bottles of water, and a change of clothes in there and you're ready for anything.
I know that a few people have already mentioned oblate bags, but Iโm gonna give you an actual link. These things are AMAZING. You can put up to a half tablespoon in one pouch and swallow it without ever tasting a thing.
Fill it up, twist the top, and seal it with a tiny bit of spit.
oblate bags
I used to use the one from acne.org, but I found a cheaper version of the same thing on amazon
the products are pretty much identical, from my experience :)
I get flare-ups on my face and neck pretty regularly. It usually happens when I'm stressed or dehydrated or come in contact with something I'm really allergic to. There are definitely days when I feel so self-conscious about it that I don't want to leave the house.
For immediate relief, I use Colpacs. They make a really big one that stays cold for a long time. When I'm so itchy that I can't fall asleep, I pull it out of the freezer, wrap it in a thin towel, and lay on it.
To treat a flare-up, I use a strategy similar to morallyirresponsible. I dip a washcloth in ice water and lay it on the flared-up area. When the cloth gets warm, I dip it again to make it cold. After about an hour, my skin is usually calm enough for cortisone cream and moisturizer. It takes a couple days of diligent attention, but eventually it works. Maybe it would help you too?
Amazon sells gelcaps at a good price
https://smile.amazon.com/Robitussin-Lingering-CoughGels-Long-Acting-Suppressant/dp/B005E74U3W/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1520608722&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=robitussin%2Bcough%2Bgels&th=1
If you don't want to down 20 or 60 gelcaps or have the shits, maybe robocough is for you. Its a 5 hour energy drink size bottle of 450mg of dxm hbr (they take paypal, you cannot buy directly from them on amazon anymore)
https://robocough.com
edit: if you meant like going to the store and buying them, cvs and walgreens have gelcaps. Syrups with only dxm hbr are pretty much impossible to find now. If you are insistent on it being a syrup, you could always try the agent lemon extraction.
Ugh, I'm sorry that you're dealing with such extreme sickness, and that people are being so stupid. I hope you find relief soon. Are you on medication?
Also, if you don't already have these, I hear they're pretty great. Never used one myself, but they got good reviews.
Look for these in a store, or you can buy straight from Amazon.
Usually the medicines (both syrups and gels) in a green box having guaif and the ones in a blue box don't.
You might need to check a few stores. CVS is usually pretty good about stocking them.
Modalert is easy enough to break up by hand, even into quarters. With Waklert, you'll probably need something like this, even to halve it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000EGKTGK/

I think most of us who use capsules use the 00 size, but if you don't have any issues swallowing the 000 I think you'll be fine. Something else to consider might be using oblate discs or pouches. It's an edible super thin film. Lots of people use them for their powdered herbs.

Amazon! =D I splurged on this one because I thought it was pretty.
This is a much cheaper one.
And this is another cheaper format.
A sinus rinse kit or Neti Pot might be nice to help flush the gunk out of your sinuses. It did wonders for me after sinus surgery. It also helps with my allergies on high pollen days and clears out the sawdust breathed in while woodworking.
Look into something like this for the vomiting. Someone in babybumps mentioned them once and I bought some just in case. Haven't had to use them yet but they have great reviews.
Could you please supervise me on this, is it safe? I already ordered. Thanks a lot!

This one looks like the one that I have. It's pretty big and I usually keep it folded in half. I really only keep it on level 1 or 2 and maybe have a pillow on top to help hold the heat in and get a little more pressure, laying on it also works.
For travel and for falling asleep without worrying Iโm going to set the house on fire, I love the little temporary ones I can boil and reuse. link
I havenโt found a great wrap yet, looking forward to reading the recommendations you receive!
Your doctor is right-- you will look different after the surgery. This is why it's critically important to find a surgeon that shares your aesthetic vision on what your nose should look like. Since my surgery I have never thought that I don't look like myself. In my case, my surgeon ensured I retained my some of the ethnicity in my new nose, and my mom says it looks like the nose I had when I was a kid.
If you feel comfortable pming photos of your face, I could try to speak on how a rhino would change your overall face and make suggestion. Before choosing my doctor, i spent entirely too much time researching rhinoplasty and facial
My surgery was 85% functional and 15% cosmetic---surgery was over four hours removing polyps and resetting breaks and fixing the septum. Recovering from my surgery was horrid, but made better with a few specific products. I tried a ton of different ice packs and stick by these
Also know these two important things
Neti pots are amazing. You can get several different kinds. In the winter I have sinus issues, and using this at night makes a big difference. Also, a humidifier is a good investment.
You could also try taking your meds with you whenever you leave the house, putting your meds in bottles with timer lids so you will be able to see when it was last opened, and/or getting something to lock them up in (a lock box with a good lock, or putting a lock on a cabinet or drawer to keep them in). Also, it might help you feel less anxious about leaving the house if you have a way to lock up anything particularly valuable (jewelry, important documents, etc.), confidential, or potentially embarrassing (like sex toys).
I put my dog on hemp oil (I put 15 drops in his food) and it works wonders. I got mine off of Amazon and it is fairly inexpensive here .
Hope your pupper feels better.
https://www.amazon.com/Pip-Oblate-Bag-Type-Japanese/dp/B000FQOFLO, buy some of these. Put a dose or two for the day in them , and carry them in an m$m minis container. It's easier to take than toss or wash , swallow in bathroom or wherever. Like swallowing food. And won't leave green residue all over your mouth. They are tricky to get used to , but quite nice for work, or having to go places with people for a long amount of time.
Well it is "legal" just can't but it at brick and mortar stores unless it's a private seller. You could possibly check out e-cig, vape stores, or head shops for local CBD retailers. If you are stopping the antibiotics and want to try some other treatments you could try d-mannose. I swear by that stuff! Thereโs one on amazon that has hibiscus in it also and itโs magical. this one.

One other thing you can do is get a neti pot and rinse your nasal cavities out. I do this as well, especially if I've been outside a lot. It's good to do when you're actually sick too. Watching the green snot come out is pretty fun. (Usually clear any other time for me)
You should be able to find one like this at Walgreens or Target: http://www.amazon.com/NeilMed-NasaFlo-Unbreakable-Premixed-Packets/dp/B000ITHH86/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1345474492&sr=8-5&keywords=neti+pot

Note: It does need to be refrigerated.
No not really. I honestly don't mind running on pavement. Its really my preference. I guess what would be best is doing toe raises like another user suggested to strengthen the muscles surrounding the shin. I have these ice packs that I bought to use after using the roller. Besides doing these 3 things I dont think much else can be done about shin splits along with just plain ol rest.
If Amazon is an option for you, this is the brand I use. I thinkkkk I might have seen it in Whole Foods, but I do a lot of my shopping online so I don't pay that much attention, sorry D= The main thing is to make sure it's cold pressed, and 100% hemp oil.
Try these. Very easy and fast to pack and they go down easy. They are the quickest way to hit your system after toss n washing.

Yes-I've asked my physical therapist this question. Icing is used for new soreness/injury (such as after yoga/working out, using a particular joint or muscle a lot). Heat is a little more unclear, but can be used prior to stretching to warm the area, or for an older sore area. Hope that helps. For the record, I use these kind of ice packs-http://www.amazon.com/Chattanooga-Therapy-Polyurethane-X-Large-Oversized/dp/B000QFZRNE/ref=sr_1_11_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1463267837&sr=8-11&keywords=ice+packs
They also make one specifically shaped for your neck.
Nope, German :)
We had them (wanted them, broke them, didn't get again) as kids all the time! Sure you must know them lol. This is what I'm talking about. In nicer shapes and colours obviously ;)
This is actually pretty cool, you could get a keychain pillbox holder and put these on your keychain and never be without dice!
For minus the cost of a super expensive 3D printer, you could just take the base compounds and put them inside empty digestible capsules like these:

Might I suggest those a pad heater that you place under your feet?
Since they're not actually supposed to heat a room, they don't use as much energy as a space heater, but they would help if placed under your feet. A lot of blood pumps through your legs.

Ever had the Japanese candy botan with the edible rice paper? This is similar to that. I toss and wash because these make me nervous that they'll rip open. It's also hard to swallow IMO. I'd love if someone chimed in on tips to use these. I put 1/2 tsp in a bag so it shouldn't be overfilled.
This is the one that I use. it is variable, and works great!
These are wonderful! Lots of chocolate, maybe a hot cocoa mix?
26 with Gout, started when i was 23.
I'm no fuckup, but drink heavily every weekend (and weeknights too throughout college).
To be honest, whenever I start feeling ANY discomfort, i immediately pop an anti-inflammatory. Keeps the extreme pain at bay.
I just try and carry around a couple Aleve/Naproxen pills whereever I go. For example, I now know if i feel symptoms (stiffness, discomfort, lack of mobility in my toes) and I'm at a restaurant, it always pays to excuse yourself, find the nearest drugstore and buy some medication. The sooner, the better. I've had to call in sick with some strange excuse over the past couple years when I ignored the initial symptoms to "deal with it in the morning." Now i carry a tiny little pill holder
I try and avoid stout beer, although stout is my favourite. Dude, the only thing young guys can do is preventative maintenance.
There's not a chance in hell I'm going to be vegetarian. There's a 0% chance I'm not gonna go out for drinks with friends. But for me, the sooner I take an anti-inflammatory, the better. I know that the pain will subside if i pop right away. The longer I wait to take it, the exponentially worse it gets the morning afterโฆ
Just two months ago I didn't take my own advice, and felt an imminent flare-up around 6pm when i was on my way to a dinner party. Didn't take a 'flammy until I got home around 1am. Horrible fucking mistake.
Gout lasted for a whole fucking week and couldn't walk without hopping on one foot for 4 days. I got my grandpa to FedEx me his Colchicine (he's 92 and had gout, but hasn't had a flare up in 20+ years because he swears by Colchicine).
Apple Cider vinegar, as recommended by these fine Gouty people, seems to help. Although I always drink the Apple cider vinegar in conjunction with the 'flammys. Take a couple swigs before bed and in the morning, can't hurt.
TL;DR Carry an anti-inflammatory with you, pop 'em as soon as you can. A keychain pill holder like this is an easy way to be safe

You can buy hemp oil from Amazon or a natural foods grocery store and make your own. Hemp oil has a strong taste, but Iโve used it in cakes and it was fine. You can use it in any dish where youโd use vegetable oil.
This thing is awesome for carrying around pills with you.
I bought one of these to keep it on my keychain. Waterproof and I can store other things in there too. It's awesome.

Everyone will probably vote me down but go to a reputable headshop/smokeshop and ask if they have Urban Ice Organics Kratom. This is how I first got into Kratom, they sell 25 caps for $20-$25. Urban Ice Organics has quality Kratom as well, I can account for that, but it must be that brand.
If you have the time, go to amazon and buy this capsule machine and capsules to go with it. Then buy the Kramtom powder from online and fill the capsules yourself, much cheaper that way,
I ordered a 1000 pack of vegetable (not glycerin) based 00 capsules from Amazon, and they work great. Here's the link:

If you don't like caps, try oblates. It's an edible film you can swallow, people use it for stuff like kratom so they don't have to deal with the taste. Way better than dealing with caps.
I personally prefer to use oblate bags.
I put about 4 grams in each and down them kind of like raw oysters. It's not for everyone but works better than T&W for me.
I've got one like this. Works really well, even on small pills.
You can get pill bottles that tell you how long it's been since you've last taken medication. You can also buy just the caps at CVS, which is what I did. They're a lifesaver.
Congratulations! Ha!
I bought [these vomit bags] (https://www.amazon.com/Carebag-Vomit-Super-Absorbent-Count/dp/B0051AZZCM/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1484001074&sr=8-1&keywords=care+bag+vomit) the other day because my nausea is getting worse and my office is the furthest one from the bathroom at work. I'm also planning on keeping a few of these bags in my car -- just in case.
I must've done the Reddit link wrong but this is what I found on cvs that I think is correct https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005E74U3W/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1502432161&sr=8-1&keywords=robitussin+cough+gels

Well, there's also hemp oil sold as a food ingredient. It has no CBD. Example
I think it's specified CBD hemp oil so no one goes buying that thinking they've found a fantastic deal on a CBD source -- and if you read reviews on those products many have
For anyone out there with back pain, I highly recommend getting a heating pad like this one. It's been a huge help the last few days. They should turn off automatically after about 45 minutes so you don't have them on all night. I rearrange them when I wake up depending on what's bothering me:

/u/DodgyBollocks is correct. They were given out by Camel as merchandise at a festival a few years back. They originally contained some crappy earplugs some people use for live music. It appears they used exactly this fob with their logo lasered onto it:

Every year I try to get some more but all I can get are some plastic ones which I use for storing chewing gums. I just have to show it... 6 pieces stack really neatly for when your are on the go :D

Here's a weird one: a butter knife.
I use it to open cans that have a pull-tab top without wrecking my fingers. Stick the tip through the loop, lever up.
See also: an electric can opener, this giant pill organizer, these grab bars that can easily be installed in the tiniest of apartment bathrooms without starting an argument with your landlord (priceless!) combined with this hockey tape (put it on your grab bars and crutch handles to keep your hands from slipping) and these anti-slip stickers, (I even put the stickers on the bathroom floor.)
Oblate pouches are your friend

Or you can make it into a tea. I canโt stomach it on its own either.
Something like this might help you out if you're ever unsure. They have caps for different styles.
What I would do is get a plain old heating pad (something like this) and stick it under the cage (not in it!) so that the heat radiates up through the bottom. However, don't have it extend the full length of the bottom of the cage -- maybe only half or a third. If the pad heats up more than it should, you don't want to overheat your hamster.
The ones made for pets tend to be gentler, so you could also try something like this.
For warmer bedding, you can try Kapok shell fluff (like this, but can also be bought at PetCo). It has shorter fibers than the cotton fluff that causes controversy, so is safer for your ham.
You can also get a space heater and put your ham near it (but not too close, because you don't want to go overboard and overheat them).
This is the exact one I got. I ordered it from Amazon and it works well! Sunbeam 732-500 King Size Heating Pad with UltraHeatTechnology https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FGDDI0/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_OKZiub0QSM32K
CVS has generic brand gel caps , 300 mg in total for around $5
Most grocery stores (Vons, Albertsons, etc.) also have a "signature brand" bottle of syrup with around 354 mg in them, for also around $5-6
Delsym ( my personal favorite, but it's DXM polystirex which is the extended release form, not DXM hbr which is what most people are looking for) and other extended release offbrands also only have DXM polystirex as their only main ingredient. it's pricier though.
also here's some gel caps on amazon https://www.amazon.com/Robitussin-Lingering-CoughGels-Long-Acting-Suppressant/dp/B005E74U3W/ref=pd_sim_121_4?_encoding=UTF8&refRID=5C0JW0VPCP5HFQ8PAXBQ&th=1
I also found these Tucks ones, if you have a brand preference, haha.
I found some on amazon.
If you just search barf bags or vomit bags, there are a lot of options. :)
It also has the benefit of keeping the tobacco tamped down so nothing spills all over when you open it.

I'm on mobile so excuse the monster link. You would probably want to put some tape around the batteries to prevent shorting out or making contact and draining...
You look new to the sub so I'll assume this is an actual question. Let me explain. The only drug that you're looking for here is DXM Hbr/polistirex. Any other active ingredients that are going to be paired with it are NOT going to get you high and they will always have negative side effects that can really ruin your trip. This particular product also has Guaifenesin in it, which when taken in high enough doses to get a trip from the DXM will absolutely wreck your stomach. You'll be lucky if it doesn't come out of both holes. And I've heard it also causes kidney stones. Just stay away from anything that has any other active ingredients.
Try Robotussin cough gels or Robocough(if you live in the US.) These are both Hbr products.
If you're looking for polistirex try delsym 12 hour
The difference between poli and Hbr is that Hbr is not timed release, which means it's all absorbed ASAP which means strong high. Poli is timed release, which means you get about half of it at ingestion time, and half about 4 hours later. Rule of thumb for poli is "half as strong, twice as long." If you have more questions lmk
Oblate disks or ham-chutes are safer to ingest; replace TP with a piece of thinly sliced deli ham.
I ordered 3 of these:

Absolutely neti pot. Most come with starter salt packets. It helps more than sinus medication imho.
I use 0 caps and fit about 5g into 20 caps. I usually swallow them 3 at a time with a soft drink. Mostly I use oblate bags, put about 2.5g in each bag and essentially parachute them.

I has 3 heating settings... when I put it on medium and wrap a towel around the cooking pot, my yogurt stays about 105 degrees F. Placing a cutting board under helps send heat to your fermentation vessel.
Even OP in your link admitted is was from somewhere else.

I use a double edge razor. โฆmore blades doesn't mean a better shave (though, everyone is different, etc, etc). You can use an exfoliation like other people recommended, or you can use something like this or a cheaper option like this. I use the second one, and it literally scrubs the dead skin off. I have eczema, so I have to be supah dupah careful about what I use. This is what I do:
I hope this helps someone.

Product name: Dr. Song 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Advanced Acne Gel
Price (range): ~$20 for 8 oz
Country of purchase: USA
Skin info: Oily and Acne-Prone, Fitzpatrick Type II
Ingredient list: Inactive: water, propylene glycol, glycerine, carbomer, saccharide isomerate, edeate disodium, sodium hydroxide
Benzoyl peroxide content: 2.5%
Special info: Fragrance-Free
Experience & opinion: This is affordable and effective. I do short contact therapy (leave on for 10 minutes and then wash off) to mitigate irritation and dryness I get from using benzoyl peroxide. It's similar to the acne.org version which is available for many countries outside the US.
Edit: I updated the ingredients list. The one I originally posted was an older formulation.

im 36 and i still get acne. 2 things i realized were.... i have some sort of food allergy to beef. And to use a non super harsh benozly peroxide 2% gel such as this https://www.amazon.com/Benzoyl-Peroxide-Dr-Song-Treatment/dp/B00DFEGDVS. Not 10% but 2% that stays on all day. Keeps it semi under control.
i've actually done accutane twice, and even that didnt stick. Only thing that worked is not eating beef for the most part and that gel.
I'm a guy who's not had to deal with the same difficulties you're facing, but I have had my share of meds/pain, and I've picked up a few tricks along the way, some of which might be of use.
With regards to daily medications, I have a routine where I put my daily morning/night little case (this one, or similar) on my table directly next to my bed, so I am literally staring at it when I wake up. I also have a bottle of water there. So I wake up, sit up, and take my morning meds. There's nothing on that table except for my glasses case, my daily meds case, and the bottle of water.
In the evening, same deal. As I'm getting to bed, I take my evening meds, and swap out the empty container for the next morning's one.
For the first few years I was on daily medications, I would have a daily timer set on my phone at a fixed, and as soon as it went off I would go and take my meds. If I wasn't able to take them right then (out of the house or w/e), I would re-set the timer for an arbitrary length of time, where I thought I'd be back home. That way I wouldn't forget. Over time, I've stopped needing to set a timer, but do what works.
Point is, you can do it! Take the step that lets you be able to utilize the wonders of modern medicine (tm).
As for remembering to take pain meds when you're in pain, I feel your pain (hah). I've been through that situation a lot of times. The best strategies I've figured out are to keep just one or two of a lighter pain med in a case in my bag (I used this one, but anything that tightly seals is fine), as well as one on my desk (as opposed to the rest of the bottle, which is up in the box with the rest of my meds, etc). That way when I'm hurting I can just grab the pill there and take it, and I know ahead of time that I've just put what's safe to take in a single dose out.
I've also on occasion put a sticky note on my computer monitor that just said "if you're hurting, take pain meds"... Surprisingly effective.
Sorry for the essay, I'm just hopeful I can help share some stuff that worked for me, stuff I wish someone had told me years ago.
Get these and be free from the awful taste forever ใ
Correct.
Those are based on a chemical reaction to oxygen. Once immersed, no more heat.
Side note: Don't use them in a dry suit with Nitrox.
Something like THIS will work in a wetsuit.
Something along these lines
Not the exact model, I'm sure, as we've had it for 15+ years and I just grabbed it from the closet. I have no idea of actual brand or model anymore.
I have an alarm that goes off an hour before I'm supposed to be up for the day so I can take my meds and wake with them working. Most of the time, I remember if I took them when the alarm went off. But a few times I had to play the 'do I feel like my meds are working' game. So I bought these and its come in handy a lot http://www.amazon.com/Timer-Caps-Large-Vials-Easy-/dp/B00ECK8KFG/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1459370759&sr=8-1&keywords=timer+caps

For breeding, I used the advice on this page. I feed high-calcium chicken feed, which can be gotten for very reasonable prices when you buy in bulk at your local farm store. I use this heating pad (I need the larger one because I have two bins). It appears this smaller one is the same only smaller (same as far as not having an auto shut off "feature").
