“try personal hygiene...” not sure if funny-ass or just ass, but i giggled before cringing so...
On a serious note, it does kinda exist sorta. What youve asked for covers an insanely broad spectrum of conditions but, there are some things that come close
Merino wool, from fancy brands better than cheap brands, of a very light weight, will be comfortable to sleep in, can wear during the day without looking like a technical trekking uniform, and is naturally microbial so it resists getting stninky... to a point. As for keeping you warm, well, thats a variable thats harder to measure. What works for one person may not work for another
Smartwool NTS 150 weight merino crew neck long sleeve shirts are probably pretty close to what youre looking for

Patagonia Capilene everyday cool, or Outdoor Research Echo ling sleeve crew neck shirts are a synthetic version. Theyre not as snuggly comfy as high quality light merino wool but theyre usually cheaper and always lighter. Bonus - the Capilene and Echo stuff can be washed in a sink at the end of a day and be ready to wear in the morning

I hear ya. Yeah I love the Columbia hiking shirts, that's in my rotation as well. Looks a bit more business casual too.
Edit: These are good too, they have a vented back, so depends on if you like the style or not.
I picked up 4 pairs of THESE for Costa Rica and they were great, sink washed they took like 15 hours or so to dry so while I added 1 to the standard set of 3 (wear one, wash one, dry one) I didn't need it, I would have gotten off ok with 3.
I liked the Darn Tough merino wool socks, so I got 4 pairs of them, and the same thing applied.
For shirts, I wore Under Armor compression shirts most of the time because i found that they dried a LOT faster than even my Merino Wool t shirts and they were comfortable.
I can't give you any suggestions for a jacket as I didn't bring one to Costa Rica.
I recommend a 3 layer approach. I only typically vary my mid layer based on the temp and keep my base and outer layer the same all year.
Base: I prefer merino wool base layers. Something thin, breathable, and comfy. Smartwool and Icebreaker are solid brands for this.
Mid: Fleece or wool for this layer. Thin for warmer weather and thick for colder weather. Should be breathable. My preference is not to have a hood for this layer and to only have a hood on my outer layer. I have too many mid layers to list and I just bought a new one (Patagonia R1 pullover fleece) today.
Outer Layer: This should wind and rain proof and comfortably fit your mid and base layers. I prefer a hardshell like the Arc'tery Zeta LT.
So I guess you could start with a G&G CM16 https://www.evike.com/products/65577/
I'd pick up like 1 or 2 extra high cap mags https://www.evike.com/products/28662/
Some BB's https://www.evike.com/products/40413/
On Amazon, I found some inexpensive combat shirts you could get for 30 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XGCT27Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_S7fNzbJ06SNNB.
And something to hold those mags in, a double mag molle pouch plus a belt to hold them https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003MYJTYO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i9fNzbGVFKD24 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N1SLU4W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_88fNzbT0R3S7M
For pants honestly you could just wear jeans or cargo pants. There are some pants on Amazon for 30 that are OD green that I use bit they're not Airsoft specific I used them originally for working but they work awesome for airsoft.
For 300 you can do a lot more than you think you could. You won't have the best gear or loadout but you could definitely run it.
A nice merino sweater for the spring season, not AS bike specific esp if he hasn't ridden in awhile, but very nice to own for whatever outdoor stuff.
something like this maybe. That and merino socks.
I have an ExOfficio Sol Cool that I've used in the Mojave for a few years now. I'm happy with it, but for the price it's listed at now I'd go with the Tropic Comfort instead. Unless you're planning on being in a lot of sandstorms, the ninja-style hood on the Sol Cool will likely be unnecessary.
Several people have mentioned under shirts, which is a good idea. However, I find your standard white undershirt is just not good. Mainly because it's cotton and not breathable.
I have a few of these Under Armour shirts. They're a bit pricey but man these are WAY better than a cotton shirt. It's light weight, breathable, and doesn't stick to your skin when you start to sweat.
The shirt has vents on the back and sides(http://imgur.com/NFVCnDw) so heat and sweat is allowed to escape from your body instead of just getting absorbed by the shirt itself. The shirt also dries very quickly. So even if you start sweating, once you get into the A/C, whatever sweat was on your body or shirt, will quickly dry up.
Yes, one single shirt is expensive. But whenever I've worn that shirt, it's a night and day experience compared to a standard cotton undershirt.
I wear a long sleeve button up shirt, and a sun hat or cover. I pretty much just put sunscreen on my legs and chest if I have my shirt open a bit. I really like spray sunscreen over the regular kind.

Ive got one from them, not bad and fits well. Never had a problem with fit from any of the budget friendly companies. As for lower wear i use surplus pants since theyre a tad baggier for me.
I just bought one of these to try, Outdoor Research Men's Pagosa Short Sleeve Shirt, Cafe, X-Large https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01016334C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_sXxMxbESS4HTR
It is still snug in the chest and shoulders but it's stretchy. Plus I like snap buttons.
/r/ultralight ... it's discussed all the time over there.
If there's any chance at all of ticks or flying insects, I'm wearing long sleeves and pants with Insect-Shield treatment and probably a headnet. No way am I contracting Lyme disease from a recreational activity.
ExOfficio Men's BugsAway Baja Sur Long Sleeve Shirt
ExOfficio Men's BugsAway Ziwa Convertible Pant
Both are convertibles - pants unzip to shorts, sleeves roll-up.
I carry a Patagonia Nano-Puff jacket rolled up in my pack in case it gets cold, and one of their TorrentShells in the event of hard rain.
Socks are Darn Tough Micro Crew Light Hikers (synthetic wool blend) and I keep a dry pair in my pack. Lifetime warranty - I'll never buy another pair of hiking socks.
Underwear are Patagonia Capilene Boxer Briefs.
Wool buff...multipurpose.
Yeah, that's a lot of Patagucci stuff... it was all on sale though and it performs well. I'm not dressing for fashion.
Patagonia Tropic Comfort ii Hoody or Columbia Peak Racer Long Sleeve
http://www.amazon.com/Columbia-Mountain-Short-Sleeve-Element/dp/B00511NYTW/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1322725134&sr=1-1 these would also work really well
Top, I waited till the OR Echo went on sale for $29.
http://www.amazon.com/Outdoor-Research-Radiant-Hybrid-Pullover/dp/B005CTI95M/ref=cts_ap_3_fbt
http://www.amazon.com/Outdoor-Research-Mens-Radiant-Zip/dp/B005CTIHNQ/ref=cts_ap_1_fbt
Those might be cheaper depending on your size/color. I think the hybrid is a little warmer and has a pocket. Otherwise, between your two options I'd go for the LL Bean. Powerdry is my jams. That OR fleece is fairly similar, and grided, but it's not branded.
Patagonia R1 would be my #1 choice, but you're not likely to find one for $60 or less.
