There is chance you will be ok. I can get clean in your same scenario in as little as four days and I am not what one would consider skinny.

From what I've heard it takes anywhere from a month to a few for the thc to get out of your fat. I think you fucked it by partaking in a sesh though. Here's a drug test that I found on Amazon that is said to have 99 % accuracy. Hope it goes well for you man!
