Sadly, this might pass muster.
You can't have cords in places where people can walk and trip over the cords, and if you use power strips, they have to have overcurrent protection.
Looks like these are A-OK!
One of the schools I worked at bought hundreds of heavy duty 6' cords with molded 4 outlets at the end, but no reset switch, sort of like this:
