I actually just did this for myself. I bought a 16" x 20" paint-by-numbers kit and it came as a loose canvas. I bought this wooden frame on Amazon which came with tacks, too. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LYQBKMX/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I ironed my canvas first as it came folded and you could still see creases but after that and tacking it really tight, it looks great.
