Reddit mentions of きくおミク4

It's on Amazon.jp already, and it's miraculously shipping overseas as I just ordered mine myself.

The website is still in JP though, I'll try and edit this post with simple instructions. My hunch is that it'll sell out fairly quickly, it's currently the best seller in its genre.

Edit: Aaand it's out of stock. Kikuo said he's reprinting it though so once the red "現在在庫切れです。" goes away it means it's available again.

Guide:

• Go the the amazon.jp page
  
  
• click カートに入れる
  
  
• click レジに進む (check out)
  
  
• do this unless you already have a .jp account
  
  
• then this
  
  
• confirm via link in e-mail then sign in and return to the check-out page
  
  
• you should see this, fill it out. (will edit with more specifics)
  
• choose edit address and click this
  
• click 新しい国外の住所を登録する
  
• fill out address form
  
• choose edit credit card
  
• Under その他のお支払いオプション click カードを追加 and fill out like this
  
• hit purchase with USD and it should be good to go
