Yeah same here! Yeah just a couple years ago I was watching YouTube videos on how people were hacking Nexus 7 tablet installs into their cars and was considering attempting it myself!

Yeah I'm in the same boat now. I wanted a unit with full tablet capabilities but still has a DVD/CD player. Maybe I should let the DVD part go but my young boys still have DVDs they watch and I might not want to always hook up my hotspot to use a streaming service. I also want it to still have some regular knobs and buttons like a traditional stereo. I saw some video where someone was, with precise effort, turning up the volume by slowly sliding across some tiny, half-inch area of the screen. Screw that mess. Begging to get in an accident.
