Thanks. The problem is that I have to find a way to turn the MKV back to an ISO, not the other way around.
I actually tried to use my Samsung BRP, but it doesn't have access to the Plex app. I tried the workaround by using the web version with no luck. Plus, I think I would have the same problem as you have to convert to .M2TS. I figured it might be more fun to set up the PI.

I figure I will need HDMI and ideally a usb input for a small HD so wifi bandwidth isn't a bottleneck.
