Five way switch for the joy stick the buttons are momentary push buttons with caps.

You could use Cherry MX keyswitches for the buttons. You can 3D print round button caps. For the stick the best option is probably an analog thumbstick as used for gamepads, again with a custom cap that makes it look like a tiny fightstick lever.
