I'd defer to others (like girlforaday and the guide she posted), but wanted to throw out a short wig I found: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QLZR4ZW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I had previously made the subconscious and incorrect assumption that long=girly, but was pleasantly surprised at how this shorter look came out. For $10, it is a cheap way to experiment with a different shape.
