I got another trick up my sleeve for that. Cheap water pumps and a python system (here's a cheaper diy for the python system. you don't need all the pvc part. you only need the faucet adaptor and hosing)
you can drain and fill using it which saves your back so much pain. I have never been able to keep the syphon going without having water running the whole time without the water pump (you should only need to turn on water to start. doesn't work for me) but you'll especially need the pump if you're putting the tub on the ground.
