as people on this thread have said: high % iso alcohol and epsom salt is the classic combo. I would also recommend some long pipe cleaners like this or this and if you want to clear up foggy glass you should use white vinegar.

We bought a set like this a couple years ago and I keep it near the kitchen sink, you'd be amazed at all the uses for a cleaning set like this, like my cats water fountain, baby bottle nips, cleaning sharp blades of kitchen equipment like food processor or mandolin, and of course reusable straws
