A very worthwhile step up is the newer Fluance RT82 $249. It adds an optical sensor speed controlled servo motor for lower wow and flutter and speed variation. The speed never drifts since the sensor is monitoring it 500 times a second. A later optional upgrade is the acrylic platter for $119 as seen on the RT85. If the Denon recevier does not have a phono input and if low on budget start with a $15 Pyle phono preamp which may be as good as a basic one in the Monolith and older RT81. Or a step up is the ART DJ Pre II $67. If starting with the Pyle, a later optional upgrade is the Schiit Mani $129.

The Denon recevier has an amp inside of it to power the speakers.

You can get a 3.5m to dual rca male cable or 3.5mm to rca socket for easier splitting but need a rca male to male. Keep in mind to set your realtek driver to max power (differs for different drivers/software). Also a good motherboard is recommended like the modern alc1220 or even alc892-897). Ideally a high snr board (some low end boards are good like the msi tomahawk[except b450 ughh dont know why msi dumdbed it down:(] or mortar with high output for the codec they implemented by implementing good amps). You also need speaker wire or 2 premade speaker cable for sturdier and easier connection process

You can use Reg speaker wire but banana plug cables will be easier

And as far as sub cable, I currently am using a mono RCA from the sub out on my SMSL Q5 amp to the Left RCA jack on the Polk Sub. Would there be any benefit to getting a Y-Cable once I get the Sonos amp or is the mono RCA to the Left input providing the full bass spectrum to the SW?
