I'm not gonna say these are the absolute best examples of cyberpunk literature, but if you want cyberpunk stories where spirituality is taken seriously, here are a couple I can recommend:

The Nexus trilogy by Ramez Naam involves a new drug which allows people to run programs in their brain. A bunch of Buddhist monks adopt the technology to improve their meditation and create a hive mind of sorts (spiritually though, not like the borg). I don't really know how to describe it any better, so here's a quote I shamelessly stole from an Amazon review:
> I practice Theravadan Buddhism; Nexus spends an awful lot of time looking at these radical notions of consciousness through a Buddhist lens. Not only is it a perfect fit, it's a well-informed one. Naan has done his homework, and then some.

Other than that, you could read the Archangel Protocol series by Lyda Morehouse. It's centered heavily around faith and Christianity in particular. In the series, the Archangel Gabriel appears in cyberspace. I only read the first book in the series since I personally wasn't looking for a spiritual cyberpunk book at the time but if you're looking for a cyberpunk story that deals with Christianity this may be the series for you.
