I got the idea from these guys they were taking preorders on reddit. Now you can buy on Amazon. I bought one to support them
There's nothing official. I got a 3d printed one and it's perfect. It's actually easier to line up the charging pins on it than if it's flat on a table

I have an aftermarket metal band, so I'm not sure how the one from Huawei latches (I'm guessing it stays in one connected piece though), so you're probably having a tough time getting it to mount the charger while balancing on the band?
Would something like this help?
I don't have it, so I can't vouch for the quality. I've been considering buying it or building something similar.
