This is a solid option for under a grand!
Hi. If you're willing to go for 120Hz instead of 144Hz, the ASUS TUF is already overpowered for the games you'd like to play, while being the most affordable. There's also an AMD option for $100 less.

Comparison between graphics cards here.
You should go for HP Pavilion 2019 model with i5 9th gen or i7 9th gen. Although it checks everything out for your requirements, it is obviously not Lightweight and weighs 2.5 kgs i guess. I own hp pavilion and it's really quick and good ngl. Or else go for Lenovo Y series maybe Y540. I'm suggesting gaming laptops because they are the only ones which genrally have SSD and 'H' type 6 core processors or at least 'HQ' type 4 core processors. The office laptops generally have 'U' type processors which are significantly slower and kinda make for power saving. So watch out for that. Here is my other suggestion, Asus TUF, this one with intel chip, but it has 512 GB SSD and not HDD. So you should look out for that.

It is still not Lightweight and weighs around 2 kgs. I'll keep updating it as soon as i find Lightweight laptops.
