This makes me wish the La Roche Posay Iso Urea I tried a few years ago didn't have such a strong fragrance. It is literally the only LRP product I've tried with any fragrance. Anyone out there who has used La Roche Posay Iso Urea in the past few months -- does it still have a strong fragrance? I liked how it was a non-irritating exfoliant and came in an economy sized bottle.
Speaking of barrier repair ingredients and fragrance, this American version of the Atopalm Intensive Moisturizing Cream doesn't have fragrance, according to the Q&A on Amazon.
[this] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00110OK54) stuff is awesome! I too have had KP forever. This winter I noticed my arms had both KP and eczema (super attractive, ugh!)- BUT the awesome part is that the lotion that clears up the dry scaly patches, also cleared up my KP! It comes back if I slack off too much with the lotion, but let me tell you, I haven't had clear arms like this ever. It's kinda pricey but a little goes a long way. I put it on right after the shower (and before bed in the winter).
In this description it talks about how Illiyoon uses the Amorepacific ceramide technology so I don't think it's the same, but maybe similar.

The ingredient in the Illiyoon is called Hydroxypropyl Bispalmitamide MEA.
I have not tried the Eucerin cream, only because I would have to get it with international shipping from Europe and I struggle with things like that. I'm a big instant gratification person 😬 which is why I buy most of my skincare from Amazon Prime.
I think I'm going to order this: https://www.atopalm.com/Best_Moisturizer_Dry_Skin_p/75701.htm?CartID=1
They are having a 20% off Black Friday sale. I would love to get the Zeroid but it's a bit costly per oz for me. The MLE Intensive Moisturizing Cream looks good, and it's got the ceramide complex/MLE fourth on the ingredients list.
Found it on Amazon Prime too: Atopalm Intensive Moisturizing Cream, 3.4 fl. Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00110OK54/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_z8O4Db6PN68AC
I have dry skin. I personally like Embryolisse a lot but I've heard good things about these as well:
