Hi. I also have exactly this. It took years of trial and error, but here's what works for me:



My normal, everyday moisturizer is this. It was a direct recommendation from my dermatologist and has worked wonders on settling my face down. It doesn't burn or sting like basically everything else does for me, and is rich enough that I'm not a flaky mess by lunch.



My second recommendation was from someone on here, and it is what I use in the dead of winter when all hope is lost: a few drops of glycerin spread on, then a layer of vaseline. The glycerin is deeply moisturizing and the vaseline seals it in and lets it work. I have achieved actual, honest-to-god dewiness in February thanks to this.
