You could mount them on a single stand but you gotta spend some $$ on the good one
If you have different sized monitors and want full range of motion this one is good
The best thing I have on my desk cable management-wise is a monitor stand ( mine is similar to this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01JH2US12?psc=1) that you can route the cables through, especially useful if you have separate monitors for the computer and the Xbox but a single monitor version would be useful as well
