Lurking for a few months and this is my first post.

I am slowly trying to replace my current routine with AB products and recently added the Ceramizing toner to my routine. My previous toner was Paula's Choice Resist Advanced Replenishing Toner but while it was somewhat hydrating, it did not really improve my skin. After using the Ceramizing toner for about week, I noticed scaliness on my nose and flakiness on my chin which is something I usually experience in the wintertime. Am I using this toner in the wrong order? Or should I chalk this up to another product that does not agree with my skin and move on to something else?
