Brasso or Nevr-Dull work great. Why bother, it's a never ending task, let the natural patina continue to develop.

Can confirm. Autosol is pretty good. I've used Never Dull on my dirty aluminum engine block and it cleans up, I tell ya! I prefer Never Dull, but use both.

I used Never Dull for all my metal cleaning needs, especially for anything copper. Almost every mech I own is copper and this stuff makes them like new anytime they start to get grimy, works well on contacts as well.

I find this product to be quite miraculous for rhat, oxidation, etc. Really can't beat it.

I find this particularly effective in taking service stains off of metal...

You can get this at Ace/Home Depot or Lowes

The only thing that is going to remove that is an automative strength cleaner like Never Dull.

But it won't affect performance so it doesn't really matter.

Note: After cleaning glass with ISO either apply lube to the rubber mouthpiece or just be SUPER careful. The rubber will stick to the glass with enough strength to break the glass just by removing the mouthpiece, for the next cleaning.

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
