> Their primary goal is to make maximum of money from this, and only after that, MAYBE, they will take people's desires into consideration.
Ignoring the people's desires obviously is the worst way to make maximum if the thing you are selling are pixels and illusions. Still they would be total fools if they'd implement our suggestions one by one. After all they have a big advantage over us when it comes to maximizing profit: They have the numbers. Most likely they have stats about were we spend our time. More importantly: They know were we spent our money. In this game, but also in any of the 20 other mobile games they provide.
Still I believe some proper market research might help EA to find more realistic, more profitable prices. What FM and EA deliver is an awesome game. I would have expected them to make a shitload of money with it already, but all this overpriced bundles, this rivals thing, the lack of NFSNL in the quarterly reports tells they do not. Maybe it's time for FM and EA to accept that the maximum price players would pay for a virtual car rather is limited by 1:32 model cars - these one can touch, and not by the insane amounts of money players might spent on The Sims.
