Skinlex 10% niacinamide

Pond's Clarant b3 cream. Percentage is not released, but since niacinamide is the 2nd ingredient, I like to think that it makes up at least 4-5%. I've seen cheaper prices at Walmart and Target.

Benton Snail Bee High Content Skin, this is a watery toner, it has a very watery consistency. I find it hydrating and seems to help inflammation and break outs.

Benton Snail Bee Essence. This is a bit more expensive, but still very nice. I haven't repurchased since finding Skinlex, Skinlex is definitely a favorite.

edit: This is my favorite mist that has niacinamide relatively high on the ingredient list. This is a very hydrating facial mist, I love it.

Yes. I've had psoriasis since I was 17, I'm 25 now and it's been spreading that entire time. It's a bummer but I've learned not to let it get me down as much as I used to.

Unfortunately, /u/blackmarketbeagle is correct - because psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder, anything you do from the outside is only addressing flakiness and plaques. There are shots you can get from the dermatologist (enbrel, etc) that work wonders for some people but I've never tried them personally.

That being said, my current routine is working really well to keep the flakiness and plaques at bay on my face! I'm actually really impressed with the difference. I believe it is the Hada Lobo Gokyujyun Lotion, Benton Snail Bee Toner, Snail bee essence, and Steam Cream are making the biggest difference. I use the first three twice a day (in that order) and the steam cream only at night. My face has no more flakiness from the plaques and the redness is greatly reduced.

Other things that have helped are sunlight. Direct sun exposure works wonders. Also, salt water. It sounds super weird but swimming in the ocean cleared things up for a while too. I use this salt bar to cleanse in the shower. Also, coconut oil. :)

It's not AB, but I love using CeraVe PM as my moisturizer under makeup. It plays very well with my makeup and my sunscreens.

When I'm in a time crunch and need a routine that dries quicker than my usual routine, I use ampoules instead of a regular moisturizer. On days that I do that, this is what my routine is before sunscreen/primer/makeup:

I need trouble shooting help with my new benton products.

I got samples of both the Benton Snail Bee High Content Essence and Benton Snail Bee High Content Toner and found that they both worked great on my skin. So after about two weeks of good results, I purchase full size bottle.

Another week in I start breaking out like crazy! My skin is pretty clear as long as I keep it moisturized, so when I got three giant white heads I freaked!

So now I am just using The Face Shop Arsainte Eco-Therapy Moisturizer only on my face and have seen a great improvement. No more pimples, the new ones emerging have done down. Even the discoloration is going away.

Now I have really dry skin, so was it a fluke that the samples worked well but the full bottle didn't? How do I go about figuring out which product might be bad? Should I get the Benton Snail Bee High Content Steam Lotion to go with the rest of the set to make it work out well?

Please help r/asianbeauty! You're my only hope!!

I'm also testing this one now to see which does a better job for me. Currently it looks like the other one is better suited, I have another week or so trial before I make my decision.
