I'm not sure if there's a difference, but a prescription Benzaclin (clindamycin and BP) is what cleared up my face. My insurance soon stopped covering it so rather than jumping from one prescription to another constantly, I tried out this from amazon and it has kept me just as clear. There are very few extra ingredients, so it hasn't bothered me. I just load up on CeraVe and apply this all over after a couple minutes and it's been quite effective without drying me out.

If you're looking for cheap you can try this. I've tried it and it does the job.
I'm currently using this one but a bit pricier.
