This is the Bible I use and I think it meets most of your specifications:

  1. Font is a bit small at 6pt size, but that's expected with a pocket size bible. (I don't have trouble reading it personally).
  2. Deuterocanon is included (This is a Catholic Bible)
  3. RSV-CE 2 translation. A modern translation that is pleasant to read
  4. A regular highlighter might bleed through but you can use Bible highlighters, which shouldn't.

  5. 4.5”x 6.5”, smaller than A5

  6. No Ribbon marker, but it does have a bonded leather cover that I think looks very nice.
