Estrogen pills have more estrogen that can pass into your milk . Since your baby is 6 months vs the other momma whose baby is much older, I would advise you stick to the cream. I also listed for her a couple OTC options. Lemme grab that.

You really want to get it up there. Don't worry, while estrogen does enter our blood stream and milk, it's not enough to harm the kid at all. I checked 😂 it's super negligible amounts. (When applied topically)

Most of the estradiol that we use is bioidentical because it is synthetic, i.e. manufactured.

Your E2 would have to get down to about 12 before your joints would get dry and T would have to be under 300 to affect bone density. Look on amazon, they have estrogen and progesterone cream. It depends on how much hormone cream you use and which kind. I didn't mention Estriol, but that's a much, much milder component of estrogen (it's one of the 3 main estrogens in our bodies) and it's so weak it won't affect your hormone balance in the amounts you could put on your body. However, as a skin cosmeceutical, it's been found to be very effective.
