Not quite sure what you mean by around ear.
The common styles are over-ear which encompass the entire ear lobe, on-ear which rest on the circumference of the ear lobe, earbuds, and in-ear-monitors (IEM).
Did you perhaps mean something like this or this?
My daily driver IEM is the sure SE846 which I absolutely love. It's not as popular here as it once was but in my opinion Shure IEMs have the best comfort and I really like the Shure sound.
The B400s punch way above their weight though and fit very similarly to Shure IEMs (in the concha, narrow stem).
If you're a prime member use Amazon's generous return policy to "audition" a pair. There's some concern about their durability in the wild but I use mine at the gym 4x a week for about 6 months now with no issues.
