The Wool series by Hugh Howie is hauntingly creepy and at the same time wonderful post-apocalyptic dystopia. Also, if you're open to indie-published things, I thought Bright Star by Nickie Anderson was a wonderful young-adult dystopian novel in a similar vein to the Hunger Games (http://www.amazon.com/Bright-Star-ebook/dp/B00A4LH8TG/ if you're curious). I'd be interested in what recommendations other people have.
