Here's a $60 printer/scanner/fax color inkjet printer. Or here's a $60 monochrome laser printer. Both have duplex printing, and are consumer grade printers from a reputable brand that doesn't fuck you with ink/toner costs.

You could definitely buy an even cheaper printer with duplex capability, you'd just wind up paying more for ink.
