The original Puretrak Talent is 6.35mm thick so pretty damn thick. I like thick pads comparable to the QCK Heavy so it was an easy adjustment for me, but I could see how some would probably dislike its thickness.

Another issue I slightly have with the pad original PureTrak is the sharp edges at the front. personally, the front edge of the pad bothers my arm after long use... It's a bit sharp at the front so I use a sport sleeve to counter the sharpness. (IMO much nicer this way)

If you want a thinner version of the PureTrak their currently selling an XL version I just purchased because I love the feel of the PureTrak so much.

From the specs page, it is 3mm thick which would be perfect in your case as long as you have enough desk space.
