What you're asking for is close to stealing. The reason that this book is available from the Ualberta library is because the U of A has paid for this privilege. If someone did what you're asking, you're not giving the author any sort of compensation for their work.

Here is a link to purchase this book. If your school's library does not have access to it, I believe this is because they have not purchased the rights to it. This book was published by the University of Kentucky, so there's no specific connection to the U of A that I can tell.

I'm not a library expert or anything, so I apologize if anything I've said is not true, but I'm confident that downloading this book and emailing it to you is not appropriate.
