With dry shampoo your hair will always feel a bit gross but you kind of get used to the texture.

I prefer the Bumble and Bumble dry shampoo to Batiste as it is a little more lightweight, and definitely worth the price. I use it at least 3x a week and I've got loads left after 5 months. Also non-amazon sites tend to have discount codes and stuff so it's a bit less painful to buy it haha.

I also apply it liberally in my roots at the night before I go to bed and massage it in a little bit with my fingers, but not much so it's still chalky looking and then it gets absorbed/sets in overnight. Definitely still passes for a second day after. But as I have longer hair, if it really isn't looking too fresh, I wear my hair in a sleek ponytail or bun the next day, then work out again in the evening and then wash my hair.
