He's wearing a zencone in XL. Its nice since it's machine washable. My bulldog is wearing the [Calm Paws] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0753JNN2D/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_xUXIBbA95XCCV) cone in L which is a less "floppy" cone.
Have you tried a long sock? My boy has a nail bed infection so when his cone is getting washed I tape a sock so it won't fall off his foot. Here's a picture of it
