Did CIE Biology last year and got an A so I know the hassle of finding a good textbook for this spec lol and I've had them all. This is the one we were given by our school IMO it's a bit waffle-y in some areas and not great for learning concepts for the first time, although I used it quite a bit for consolidating and read the odd chapter during summer revision. Has everything you need though.
That book is again, IMO fine although can be a bit hard to read (giant walls of text from what I remember and a bit long) but still decent if you want to learn about concepts from more than one place.
This textbook is IMO the best one. Easy to read, lots of diagrams and I actually found it interesting to read! unlike the others. Used it a lot* and it has everything you need.
Hope this helps lol sorry for the ramble. There's not as many resources for CIE Biology unfortunately compared to the other specs
