I am using this one.

It is very useful and quite easy to apply. It changes a lot and you can barely notice it. The quality is good.

I couldn't find andy downsides using it, but I don't use the laptop for gaming (and I disabled the touch since day one)

There is this anti-glare filter you can apply if the glare is overbearing. I don't spend much time outdoor or in place with too much light but I'm considering getting this eventually.
