This was a medium and fit Angel just fine. She was out most of the time, though, and only went in for restaurants and sleeping. Oh, and when we went into the rougher terrain. She has a little owl to hold onto with her beak inside so it's more stable for her. Plus, if we hit a bump when she's on my shoulder, my ear is the first handle she grabs.
It actually has straps on the back so you can put the seat belt through. It also has detachable backpack straps as well as a shoulder strap.
It has a holder for both the food and water but we kept the water out until we stopped or she asked for some.
