CeraVe has a retinol as well that you might want to look at. It has their usual moisturizing ingredients in it. And of course, The Ordinary has many different retinols too.

For botox, this 27 year old Redditor wrote up her experience here.

If the retinol isn't irritating the skin around your eyes then it's probably fine for the rest of your face. The eye area has the thinnest and most sensitive skin on the face. But, as always, pay attention to what your skin is doing. If it's irritated by the retinol, discontinue. Good luck with everything!

Edit: Just went through my cabinet and wanted to recommend CeraVe Skin Renewing Serum. It's 1% retinol and I've found it to be very gentle. It's really more of a creamy serum than a watery serum if consistency is a concern of yours. It has the ceramides and other goodies that CeraVe is known for. It's also an inexpensive drugstore product! Might be a good place to start.

Is this a good retinoid to pick up? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SNOACEO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_FHYaBbCW91V2M
Also, I used to be really good about using sunscreen but I’ve had a rough couple of months/ran out so I’ll be getting some more soon to use once I start a retinoid!

I've been using a lactic acid serum (8.5% lactic acid and 1.5% salicylic acid at pH 3.6) for exfoliating, predominantly, and I use it daily. I've been happy with it overall. But I've switched the rest of my skincare over to AB products and would like to switch this out as I'm nearing the end of the bottle.

I like daily exfoliating otherwise my skin is just flaky and rough. I have some hyperpigmentation going on as well so my main skin concerns are keeping the flakies away, smoothing the skin, and keeping the darkened skin at bay. I am not looking for miracles and am not looking to add multiple products.

I was eyeing the CosRX Whitehead as a replacement but am not sure that's exactly right.

Current routine (inasmuch as I have a routine):

Banila Clean It Zero Sherbet (3-5 times a week)
CeraVe cleanser (either gentle or foaming, depending on how dry I feel)
LacSal Serum -or-
CeraVe Serum

[Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream] (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BQM3S3C)
Mizon Black Snail All In One Cream

I will typically do this every other day (the full thing) or I splash with water and use of the serums and moisture on the off days. I am really bad with routines and dislike using a lot of product so this is where I've settled and I love how my skin looks, overall, I just need a replacement for the serum. I'm using up the CeraVe products and will switch those out when empty.

Thank you for your nice and motivating comment. But my skin seems really unhealty and old. I am using Sebamed body wash liquid.
I am so sensitive for dairy foods. And sugar. I am not using sugar and dairy now. Maybe you want to consider it.
Why im tired because sometimes it seems healing but the other day i see new acnes, cysts. it is really hard to struggle it.

I buyed cerave skin renewing serum including retinol. I will try it now. i will go to doctor again.

Today i couldnt add the my new cheek photos but tomorrow i will add for the fair comparing.
