Highly recommend reading Change Your Voice, Change your Life. I read it 11 years ago after I failed a job interview and felt like it was 90% how I said things not really what I said. It was key for finding my "natural" voice and has exercises that I repeat from time to time. It is a little heavy on the excessive anecdotes but I found it to be super valuable.
